Great pricing and easy to use site. Unclear as to why all three items were shipped separately and how the order for the slippers got mixed up - order showed the silver shoes were on back order but I received them. Slippers showed shipped, but did not get them until a week later.
The sandals have more of a plastic feel than I expected.

Follow up: Orthoticshop.com nailed it and I was wearing my new orthotics three days later which earned them a new repeat shopper. Their prices were already the best available and free shipping along with a 10% new customer discount made this 'a can't afford not to' buying experience.
This is my second time that I buy at orthoticshop.com and I love it. I have severe complications in my ankles due to an accident and finding shoes that will accommodate me and not hurt me was a nightmare; not anymore. At orthoticshop.com I can find a wide variety of shoes depending on my style and the occasion. I have only used the Propét brand but I am sure that the other brands of shoes that they offer should be equally comfortable and of good quality.

Ordering was easy, but I purchased these for my husband who was wearing his current slippers with the heel area flat, so I thought maybe clog type slipper would work. He tried but felt they were too floppy. Good quality product. Base of slipper is hard, but gel inserts are sent with product. I will keep looking for myself in the future. Had to return slippers. Return was easy on line.
