Excellent product that arrived timely

I found good quality sandals at a great price at Orthoticshop.com I wear a hard to find narrow width and am so happy that orthoticshop.com carries my width. The sandals I bought fit well. I was a little concerned about this when ordering online. But, the sandals worked out well for me. I am delighted with my purchase.

Had a hard time checking out

I had to attempt the order three times before the process was completed. I don't think the other orders went through, but I won't be happy if I end up with three pair of shoes.

The shoes are okay. I would return them except that I don't know what to order in their place. My foot pain is not reduced any by wearing these shoes. I'm disappointed.

Very fast shopping & ordering

Very easy, My son's mother-in law had on a pair in green, same size I wear and they fit and felt wonderful. I had heard about the tennis shoes but didn't know they made dress shoes and sandals.

All went straightforward. I'm a UK buyer and everything when perfectly, my only issue is that for 1 pair of shoes uk customs charged me another £27.50vat, but that's not Orthoticshop's fault. I will definitely order again as I can't get these shoes in uk. Thank you.
