If I could, I would give them a negative star. Wish I had read reviews before buying. First off they billed my PayPal account and said it shipped but tracking number never showed any activity. I contacted PayPal after 2 weeks and was contacted by Original Frames assuring me my order was on it's way and it was...the following day. Finally got my order today and it was 5 cheap pieces of vinyl and rolled up not framed.

I place order and didn't receive what I expected. I had emailed them 6 times and also called and left messages. They are a quick grab for your money. They have horrible customer service, a non exsistant return policy.

Horrible

I purchased two art pictures in late October. They were sent to an incomplete address and the post office sent them back. First of all, these were sent from China. I have done businesses with other companies and no issues. This company does not return emails or contact attempts. No responses and sadly, PayPal doesn't do anything either. Here we are after two months and I do not have anything, not even a response. I wouldn't purchase anything from these people. You will loose your money.

Bought something that came NOT as expected. Tried to return. They are impossible to contact and when they eventually respond weeks later (email only as phone wont connect you), they fail to address issue and refuse to supply the return shipping label as stated in the return policy. Obviously, they figure the shipping will cost too much to get you to return.

ZERO stars

Avoid completely

Ordered 2 5 panel canvas painting from this site exactly what I expected… was kinda worried from all the terrible reviews listed… don't be discouraged only issue was it took like 3 months to arrive and literally no customer service or email responses otherwise I would have given them a 5 star review

Love threw caution away

I loved the art work and wanted to get one for my daughter's upcoming birthday as a present, and one each for my twin granddaughters, and a couple for myself so I threw caution away and didn't check for reviews. The night I placed the order I felt uneasy when I didn't receive a tracking tracking number and saw how fast my bank account had been debited. A couple days later still no tracking number. When I accepted this was a bad choice was when I received an email offering free delivery on a new order.
What! Where is my current order. I called my bank, they gave me great suggestions, and they will retrieve the funds.
But buyers if a delivery date isn't given before purchase don't purchase. Ok you did, so if a tracking number isn't given after purchase attempt to cancel. If that is impossible contact your bank asap. Waiting 3 to 4 weeks is ok if you agree to that... other wise it is Not acceptable.
I am off to find another gift for my daughter... in an actual store.
Be safe Be wise, and don't throw caution away for love.

Original frames never delivered my picture. When you try to call them they will not answer and everything goes to voicemail. This business will not return your calls. I called and emailed several times. It has been 2 months and I am still not heard from them. Terrible!

Where is my order and why can't I just get refunded

I ordered and paid in full weeks ago. There is no other way to contact these guys other than. Through email. No matter what the subject is I get the same email in response. I just want a refund and they ignore my request with the same email! Also on there website it does not say a 2 to 4 week delay like the email but it does say 2 to 5 business days... well that's a lie! I just want refunded due to timing of my order and poor poor business service.

Ordered, never received. End of story. Did order during corona tho. Package did go in shipment, but customs did return it. And after that company did not move even finger. Or respond to mails.

These frames are not at all like the pictures. They look cheap and come with a weird white boarder around the edges, so the picture isn't even on the full piece. Don't buy from here.

I had paid for an item going on for about 2 weeks now and mind you they charged me for shipping it is not free but yet they cannot send me my items that I paid for. Is this a bogus company? No tracking numbers but I was charged for shipping and everyone is using covid-19 for their lack of customer service and satisfaction bull. I always never believed in online shopping I rather pay the local man because it is in my hands right there and then.

Bye-bye money!

Back in April 2020 I ordered a 5-piece Star Wars canvas bundle that I was so excited about. Obviously I didn't get it if I'm here because it's DECEMBER 2020. Never got an email, call, or even a voicemail back and DEFINITELY did not get my money back. Extremely disappointed and I will never buy from here again. It would just make me really paranoid to give them my money again if I don't know that I'll ever see what I bought.

7 weeks since payment and order. I never received my items. They do not answer the phone. They do not refund your purchase and now I had to dispute this with my credit card company. SCAM - STAY AWAY!

The quality of the images are terrible. Like dot matrix terrible! In addition, they have a no refund policy on all sale items, but literally every item on the website is a "sale" item. I cannot stress this enough, never never never ever do business with this company. $30 I will never get back and I want to save you the pain.

I hadn't read the reviews before I placed my order, then like most of the other reviewers, I became dissatisfied because delivery was taking an exceptionally long time. I sent an email and received an automatic reply. It was then that I read the reviews and saw all the negative comments. I realized I had possibly made a big mistake and considered contacting the credit card company to cancel the purchase. But then I came across one review that said it took a really long time, but their prints were finally delivered and they were beautiful. So I decided to take a chance and wait a little longer. Sure enough, although the delivery date was supposed to be May 26, the prints finally arrived on June 26,2020. And they are beautiful, just like the reviewer said. The service was certainly below average, but I gave a rating of Average because I don't want to say that I do not recommend them - because the prints actually are very nice; they are exactly as pictured! Instead, I recommend that you not order if you are in a hurry (lol). Also, many of you may be wiser than me, but I'll share a lesson I learned that may be of benefit to some of you to help you avoid my mistake... According to the description, the prints can be purchased framed or unframed. In my mind, "framed" meant a frame around the outside of the print, like the frames that you put photographs in. Well, that's not what it means. I wound up having to search online for stretcher bars - something I had no idea I needed but learned the hard way when my prints arrived rolled up like scrolls! The good news is, I saved a little money by framing the prints myself (luckily, I already owned a heavy duty stapler). The bad news is, this turned into a DIY project that I did not anticipate! They're all framed now, but only one set is hung. Here are photos.

The worst purchase ever
September 7, 2020

I did not read the reviews before ordering and I got screwed over from them. The canvas was without frame even though I order it with frame. It arrives after 3 months that I order them. Also because the quality was so bad and without frame I tried to return them but guess what no respond from the costumer service, no label emailed to me. They are the worst. I would give them -100 stars if I could.

I bought a 3pc wall art set. It took nearly 3 months to arrive. When it finally did arrive, it literally looked like a photo from a copy machine (a bad one). If you happen to read this review while considering a purchase look elsewhere, you cannot do worse than this company I guarantee you. 1 star is not low enough.
