I ordered from here about 3 weeks ago. I did select no frame so when I finally received my order I realized I needed to purchase the stretcher bars and create a cool DIY project. They never sent a tracker but once you download the app to the link they send it gives you the tracking number for the provider delivering the picture. I had to play around with it and realized the first 8 numbers were irrelevant and was able to track it through fedex until it finally came 3 weeks later. There was no customer service and everything is in Chinese. I would order in the future as the quality of the painting was great now that I know how what to expect.

Smhhh i usually do review checks on new websites but i failed to do so this time only because i was in a rush to get my house furnished n i just wasted 40 bucks just for being inpatient... It only took me 8 days after my initial order day to realize i was played called the number on the website it rang for 2 mins n when it with to voicemail i knew there was no way i would ever receive my product smh please review every company moving forward these ppl are legit scammers idek how they could still be up n running

This company had a great selection of Art! Hell i found the pic I wanted and ordered. But it took 3weeks or more to get to me and they dont have a real "contact us " department... so reaching out to get info on delivery (NOT HAPPENING) right now. But i did recieve my order it was AWESOME! I just have to go buy the Frames to my canvas art... it seems like a small business tryna run as a corporation faster than they can expand... all in all the product was great quality, but half done Cause i expected the frames. But if they said they dont put frames with it then. Im a good %80 satisfied

I took my time looking through all the pictures and picked the perfect one. The delivery date was only a few days away but I received an email stating there was a delay and it would be another four to six weeks. I asked for a refund and I have heard nothing back. I checked into this company a little further and realized they had an F rating with the BBB for the exact complaints that I have. I would not do business with this company. I have a wall in my home that needed a picture on it and now I have to wait another 6 weeks or possibly longer to receive the picture I ordered because the company is refusing to cancel my order and give me a refund.

After not receiving my picture for several weeks (and instead receiving a bunch of coupon emails like the ones described in the review before mine), I sent multiple emails that all went unanswered. I finally received something in the mail, but it was rolled up in a small tube wrapped in plastic. I knew that it would just be the completely disassembled picture, obviously without the wooden canvas. I was so annoyed at the fact that I'd been scammed, that I never even opened it. I just sucked it up as a loss. I should've known the site was a scam by the prices and the lack of reviews. PLEASE don't order from here. Save yourself time, money, and hopes.

Ordered product in early December 2019 as a Christmas gift. Order confirmation email was nothing more than a continual pop-up add for obtaining a coupon for the next order. Emailed company for order status, completely unresponsive. Also left voicemail message at the phone number listed on their website, which always went directly to a voicemail box - never responded to this message either. Ended up claiming as a fraudulent charge on my Bank of America card, who promptly credited my card. Thank goodness for Bank of America's fraud protection!
