We placed our order on june 10th it is August 11 and just recived. The prints where way smaller then they said and was very sloppy. The prints did not even match up most are peeling off and is more like vinel rather then canvas worst money spent dont waste your time

I did not want to give them any stars they suck. I ordered over 2 months ago and I received paintings rolled up. Nothing says they don't come in the frame. Very unsatisfied

IN CHINA NOT USA! Took my $$ with order never shipped, after 45 days gave phony DHL tracking #. I opened a dispute with PayPal and they refunded my $$, thank you PayPal. Business looks like there in Texas, but phone number there goes no where. One email from their support blaming Covid-19 for slow delivery..."slow delivery" for an item never shipped! STAY AWAY... We ordered from another site in the USA, price was about $30.00 more, but we received in about 14 days. Fine print says "No Refunds" on sale items, all their items are "On Sale". Stay away!

I ordered the frame said it was shipped took three more weeks to ship now I looked at the refund information and it says they only give a refund of 30 days well I just got it today and it's already past 30 days there's no frame doesn't look anything like the picture I would like a refund you can't talk to anybody you have to send him an email if they don't answer your email horrible horrible service. My picture says it comes on a canvas framed it's not it was rolled up in a plastic bag.my husband opened it and said did you order drawer liner.!

I order me a painting back in the first week of March, I never got my package and was never able to get a response till i filled a claim through paypal. Even then i still never got anything till almost four months later. They ended up sending me the picture but all it was the canvas. It was not ready to hang as promised nor was ready in anyway shape or form. I sent it back, I wrote this company over ten times and tried to call them about this with no response. I would never go here again no matter what the price is

I ordered a set of frames and when the shipment arrived, two of the frames were identical (facing the same direction), thus making the layout asymmetrical. I reached out to the company shortly thereafter via phone and email and no one responded for months. I tried calling and sending emails again recently to get the correct pieces, but it's as if the customer service staff doesn't even exist! All I got was an automated email response saying they have a high volume of calls at this time due to the COVID predicament. I have dealt with other companies that have kept an open line of communication amidst the chaos of COVID-19 and still managed to accommodate my needs, so it is frustrating to see that Original Frame is using this as an excuse to ignore their clients' complaints, concerns, and demands. My experience was very unpleasant and inconvenient. Absolutely DO NOT recommend!

Original Frames is not a legitimate business, it is an online scam. Please read the Better Business Bureau's investigation on them. They do not respond to any customer service inquiries, "shipping" takes months, from a shady carrier that no one has ever heard of, the shipping information is wildly inconsistent, after so long it is eventuallyvmarked as "delivered" even though nothing has arrived. They have not responded to the BBB and haven't even provided registration as business. Do Not Order from Them.

Ordered two canvas's from them 6 weeks ago and still no response from this company I have tried emailing and calling with no response unless you plan on waiting a year or more for not order from this company
