So ticked of, I ordered April 29th, 2020. Iit's June, I still have not received my product and this is a problem. I will never order from these people again. They don't answer your calls or emails. They just don't care. It's so disheartening & I am so upset about it. Lesson learned they will not scam me again.
Was sent a false tracking number. Still havnt received pictures. Continue to get false shipping information
I ordered what I thought was a beautiful yellow rose (5pc) and a gorgeous sunrise (5pc) I was so excited as these would have matched my bedroom and living room perfect! I placed this order April 24,2020 - today is May 28,2020 and I have heard nothing from them. EVERY time I try and call it goes straight to VM. I've sent numerous emails that have gone unanswered. When I tell you I AM PISSED - please believe me. How dare they play with our money and time like this. I'm contacting the BBB and my bank. Tell everyone you know not to order from here. If I could give less than a star rating, I WOULD!
I order a Last Supper frame a month ago, to this day not even a emai that they received my order, but the charge to the credit card was done immediately. Do yourself a favor DON'T ORDER from this site
Definitely don't order from here. It's actually OriginalFrame.com. The Dallas address they show is for an attorney office providing virtual offices. The credit card charge comes from Canada even though most folks have said their products are shipping from China. The phone number on their site is also fake. I ordered a picture on April 30th and it's now May 26th and I've received zero communication and no product. Have submitted a dispute with the credit card company.
DO NOT order anything from this company. You will get nothing! I made a purchase for $79.98 and they have not sent me anything. No update on shipping or anything. I've tried contacting them several times and they won't even respond to you. The phone number they provide goes straight to voicemail. Scam alert!
Orded a XL 5 piece framed painting. Website says 7-10 business days for shipping. Has now been 41 business days. Emailed multiple times with no reply yet receive constant "deals" from them.
Very quick to take the money but I fear i'll never seen the products.

My son ordered a canvas print from Original Frame on April 4,2020. It is May 18,2020 and we still have not received the product. He received an email confirmation and then nothing. Phone calls to the company go right to a generic/automated voicemail, emails go unanswered, and it seems there is no recourse.
I order a 5 piece canvas artwork, and was sent a TEXT MESSAGE about my order. There was no email, no confirmation. Just thanks for shopping with us. It's been A MONTH since I ordered and still nothing. The number is a fake a** number and goes straight to voicemail. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I'm out 40 dollars for a frame I'll never see, & there is no way to get a refund. Smh. I usually check out reviews for this kind of stuff, but I didn't this time and I wish I would have. Takes your money. Sends you a text. Then poof - no where. It appears that many foreign scammers are pretending to be located in the United States. This case - it's contact on the website is Texas. The location of the charge on the credit card is a "software company" in Canada. I have not received communication from email.
Where is my purchase or my money? A response to my emails or phone calls would be professional. CLEARLY, you are not. I will continue my negative rants and reviews until I get my money or the my purchase IN PERFECT CONDITION.
I ordered a tiger frane on 4/26 and 3 weeks later still no email or return call from my several messages left. I just want my picture or my money back.
Original Frames is a terrible company. I placed an order on April 21st, it's now May 7th. I have yet to receive my pictures, shipping confirmation or any type of updates. I sent them an email on May 3rd questioning my concerns about this and have still yet to hear anything back from them. I'll give them a day or 2 more to respond or ship my pictures or I'm requesting a refund. Do not buy anything from them.

I ordered a XL 5 pc canvas frame. Never got any status updates, no replies to emails and phone calls either. They kept sending me mire offers though with free shipping. This is a scam stay away.
Almost a month since I made an order on the originalframe website. They are definitely either a group of scammers or just poorly run company. Their website claim to be based in Texas. The fake tracking code they sent is from outside the US. Don"t order anything on original frame!
Buyer beware... I accidently paid the the same artwork twice, tried to cancel and contact, Nothing. Then when arrived from USA to Australia poorly packed, no bubble wrap, no fragile sign. 1 set was badly damaged, 3 frames were badly broken, the largest of the pieces had glue overspill, which came out on the front of the picture, awful quality. Sent 3 emails, no reply, having $500 on these artworks, nothing short of daylight robbery. The cheap vinyl has pucked on 1 set making it useless and impossible to hang. Never, ever again will I buy from these unscrupulous people.
My wife ordered a 5 piece canvas and was super excited well that's was 3 weeks ago. We tried to contact the company or whoever was operating the website and never heard anything back, so now we have to report this charge to the bank. Save yourself the time and don't buy from that website
