I ordered a 5 piece canvas 3 months ago. The money was taken from my account and paid to Jamaica. The company has no customer service and the item tracking hasn't moved in a mth when it said was received in Country
First time I did not read the reviews for a company I never used before. So disappointed. I purchased a three piece canvas frame, charge went through immediately and never received any information of shipping or update on tracking. Contacted their customer service, no response or acknowledgement. How are they getting away with this? I can only imagine the money they are scamming! Very sad!
Ordered $58 worth of merchandise. Never got it 2.5 months later. They run under several different company names so do your research
This company deserves 0 star. I was very disappointed placed my order on May 21,2020. I have not received my order it has been a month. I've left numerous emails and voice messages. Looking at the other reviews I see this company is a scam. This is the first time this has happened to me. I'm very disappointed!
I placed an order with this fraudulent company about two months ago, once they received my money I got an email saying my order would be delayed about 14 days due to Covid 19, which I totally understand. Well here we are months later, I have called their customer service number at least 20 times, left numerous messages, have emailed I don't even recall how many times, now when I email it says I'm blocked. These people need to be arrested and held accountable for this fraud they are committing every day. I'm out about $160.00, which isn't really much money but I hope their family and children receive the Karma that is definitely coming to them.
I placed my order on May 27th 2020 and I understand there are delays in shipping due to covid, but there was nothing mentioning this on thier website when I ordered. It is now June 18th and still no delivery or shipping details. Contacted them through email and got a generic covid response, waited a few more weeks and got the same response. The only other communications I receive are emails encouraging me to buy other items.
Ordered 3 piece picture never received it no money back no body to call so im pissed. Its been 2 months never again mess with $#*!ty people. I will imform everybody on military base Fort Hood to not ever order from this place as well as other legal place. No one steals money from me so this is not over at all..

I ordered and paid for my merchandise over 2 months ago haven't recieved a tracking number or anything reached out to the company via email numerous amount of times, only getting two replys stating the same thing, which was wait 2 to 4 weeks and how things are backed up due to the pandemic. I clearly understand that, but I've recieved orders from across the world within 20 days after ordering. They cant tell me anything besides send me 2 automated emails, very poor customer service my first and last time ordering from this company.

Please do not order from this company. I ordered a canvass on May 20th, I still haven't received anything, I have sent 6 emails, and called the phony number listed on the website, the phone number goes straight to voicemail, and has no business greeting at all. I filed a complaint with the BBB. This fake company needs to be removed for good.
I had the same experience as so many others. I ordered in April and was billed immediately but never received my order by June. Even worse, there is no update given, and they don't respond to voicemail messages or email messages. Never again!
I ordered 2 pictures in April for around 300.00. I have not received them only get emails once a month telling me they are packed and ready to be shipped. Trying to reach someone on the phone is a joke. You can only get a recording to leave a voicemail, no one will Call you back. I have asked for refund by email. No one responds. There website should be shut down.
I ordered from this site on May 16th. I was informed that shipping times would be extended so I waited two weeks before sending an email to try to find out the status of my order. Since then I have messaged several times but have never received a response. Beginning to think that I just flushed that money down the drain. Very bummed and hope that my review saves someone else the same disappointment.

I placed an order 4 weeks ago. I've called them 5 times to find out what was going with my order. I left 5 voicemail and plus emailed them several times but still no response. My last email I told them to cancel my order and refund my money... Again nothing. I called my bank and told them the situation and they temporarily refund my money while they investigate. They have 45 days to respond to my bank. All of a sudden last night I get a text from Original Frames with a DHL tracking number saying my order has been shipped. I called DHL to see if in fact my order was actually shipped. NOPE The tracking number doesn't exist is what they told me. Tolal SCAM! If you are in my situation please just call your bank and they will help you get your money back. I should have known it was a scam since the prices are so low. It appears on their website to be a legit American business from Texas but they are actually in Canada because I was also charged an additional international fee from my bank when I placed my order. CALL YOUR BANK ASAP!
My wife ordered a 5 piece canvas 3 weeks ago and I have yet to receive an email or text of my order status. I also attempted to email this company regarding the situation and I never get a response, I have left multiple voice mails at the telephone on their site and I still have not been contacted.
I placed an order over a month ago and still have not received anything. It does not help at all that the company refuses to answer any email and their phone goes straight to voicemail.
