BEWARE! When prompted to enter your email for your order, you are really signing up for rewards and will be charged $15 a month. They claim you are promoted to a page to read, but that's a lie. They say you are sent a email confirming and that is also a lie. I don't support companies who scam hard working people!

Were exactly as portrayed.
Could bring a smile to anyone.
Plan to add a ribbon to hang on Christmas tree.

I somehow got signed up on their rewards program. I only use them very little why would I want a rewards program? When I called they would only return part of the fee. Not going to use them again. I would have left zero stars if I could.

Fraud based company reels you in with discount and secretly signs you up for a membership program that you wouldn't even get any benefits from if you wanted it, then says the fact they are so discreet about signing you up, they'll blame you for not paying close enough attention even when I STILL can't find in the checkout process where you are supposed to be able to decline, and they will refund you in multiple payments over the course of a long time. Read the BBB complaints and run as fast as you can from these POS's.

I have always been a fan of OTC, but in January, I made an online order, and was entered into a recurring charge of 15.94 per month as a result of not reading some sort of fine print. Apparently, they entered me into this fun zone as a part of placing an online order, and charged my card from January to Sept (2023). I called to inquire and they immediately reimbursed me, but for only 4 charges. So again, I'm fighting them to get the other 5 reversed. Buyer beware! Internet scams are everywhere. I would never have thought that OTC would have sunk so low, but they did, and now I'm inconvenienced trying to get my money back.

I purchased novelty boxes that were in the shape of a girl's dress from Oriental trading company. Two of the boxes came in ripped and they were also missing two cords. When I try to leave a review on the website I keep getting an error message. When I left a good review with five stars for another product, it took my review! I contacted the company and explained to them and sent a picture of the damaged boxes but they never responded back. I also purchased a set of the police cars. These are adorable and you can't find them any place but I've read so many reviews saying people were short on sirens and lights. I got one extra siren and light. It's too bad that there isn't more quality control going on but all of these are coming from China. I just found it interesting how this site will not allow you to leave an honest review with the three stars only if you left five stars.

Had a code for Free shipping went through the process and never saw that it could not ship to Hawaii, placed order and was charged 17.99 additional for shipping. The customer service said it was because it needed to be sent by air but they still sent it USPS. They do not charge extra for Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska. If you send a letter all you need to do is add a stamp they won't charge more if it's going by air. Ridiculous

I gave this subscription a try and had accumulated $14 in cash back rebates but decided it wasn't worth $15/mo. So I wanted to cancel before my next billing cycle. The cancellation page specifically says that you'll still have access to use your account until the end of your billing cycle. But as soon as I clicked cancel it immediately kicked me out and when I tried to sign back in it said my account doesn't exist. I called customer service and they representative placed me on hold for 15 minutes at which point I was kicked back to the main menu so I emailed them at that point and the response was that they can't reinstate my account. I'd have to make another purchase at Oriental Trading to create a new account. No thank you! So now I won't receive the cash back that I had been accumulating because they only send you a check once a month while would have been 6 days after i cancelled. I used to be a regular customer of Oriental Trading but I won't be shopping there anymore. Their fun rewards plus program is a scam and they outright lie to you in plain English to trick you out of your money.

2 issues I had with this website that I can't accept!
-sign me up on reward program without acknowledge! $14.95 a month and we have no idea who is charging on the statement.
-I have called for confirmation on expire date and they told me they never sell expired stuff but product came which is expired.
This website is horrible! Stop buying!

The product I received was in good condition although a lot of offers of free shipping and coupons were offered. When I checked out of course there were additional conditions so I could not use them but I had already put in so much info I was over it and just paid the bit extra. Then I received an email that said I had signed up for a subscription. I wrote them to ask about it. The email bounced back and I eventually found who to contact. They did cancel the subscription for the end of the following month so I paid two months worth of a subscription I didn't sign up for. This is trickery and fraud as far as I'm concerned and is not the way to run a business but once they have your cc info you can't do much about it.

I was extremely pleased with this company, no wait time to speak with someone - I had a problem with my order - and what could have been an annoying way to start the day was instead was a pleasant interaction.

I have used OTC for many years to Christmas ornaments, Easter eggs, and party supplies for my students. This year without my knowledge they signed me up for a fun reward $14.95 a month. I had no knowledge of this nor would I ever want in it. They claim it is a pop up screen at the end of the order. The charges began 11/27/2022. There were 4 scam charges. I will never order from them again. And, I will tell other teachers to never order from OTC again

I ordered products from oriental trading company in the amount of $180.00. Seven months later, they begin to charge me for their fun rewards program. I did not sign up for it!
I am trying to explain that I signed up, the $14.95 billing would have started 30 days later! They keep telling me that they will only refund 6 months, because that's their policy and that I did approve - even though they have no proof!

I ordered personalized popcorn boxes only to received folded paper cards that popped into the shape of a popcorn boxes; 72 in total. A roll of stickers that had to individually be placed on each box. Very thin stickers: very similar to the screen protector sheets we have to neatly place on our phones. Super difficult to do. Lots of work; not as described. I called customer service who suggested I return items; to expect refund in 2 weeks after product return; super inconveniencing.

Read the description very carefully! I thought I was receiving a MUCH bigger bag of candy for the $20.99 I paid and when I called to ask for a refund, they do not return food. This experience will prevent me from ordering here again.

Junk Chinese products.
You most likely will get signed up for a "rewards program " recurring $14.95 per month forever. And you won't even know it unless you check your credit card statements. When you order. Do America and yourself a favor. Buy American products.

Not happy with the new candy bar labels, Peel and stick. Hard to peel off big sheet, have to make sure centered or stick where you don't want.

I.placed am order Nov 12 and received confirmation of order as well as notice of shopping and delivery date of Nov 16th
I contacted them today Nov 20th and was told they lost my order despite my confirmations

I had no knowledge of this nor would I want in it. They claim it is a pop up screen at the end of the order, no way would I have given my visa number to a pop up screen. Never ordering from them again and will be letting the 4 churches I work for about this also.
