I had a vendor labella nova I ordered through orange shine there products arrived extremely smaller than normal sizes I reported and got the run around. Basically if I returned I had to eat the shipping. And no refund so basically I had to keep items. Beware of this company on orangshine I was only out a few hundred dollars but others could loose more. Orange shine only refers you to them. I got no where and basically called a liar. The quality is poor and customer service crappy. So if you are going to spend big here beware you are on your own if it doesn't work for you. The customer isn't important to these guys.
I love the fact that this company ships your items really fast and it doesn't take long for them to process your order. I would definitely recommend more people to shop here. They also have great customer service as well.
The quality of the goods is excellent, which makes me happy, deliver a few things to choose from, the price does not change! Recommend to everyone!
I have been buying casual clothes here for a long time. I am very satisfied with the quality. After washing, things will not fade.

Well the quality is okay but I have to highlight the support service. Very helpful and fast, they solved my issue within a day.

I would like to share my experience with this site. Nowadays in terms of COVID-19 issues, it's quite comfy to buy online. The jacket I purchased is great I like it a lot, what is more, it fits me well.
I must say that the customer service is excellent...

I called regarding my order being delayed by the vendor and Lisbeth was very helpful and assisted me in following through with getting my order!

These people do not sell products. They take your money and then expect someone else to fulfil your order. They dont use the form of delivery you specify and they are completely useless when it your products dont show up. They pretty much leave you to deal with the vendor and shipping on your own. It really means nothing to them if you dont get your merchandise because they already have your money.

Great customer service! I used the chat options and Jerica was very helpful :) I have been looking for an affordable vlist of vendors and this seems like a great place to start. I am starting a brand new business on a budget so i'm definitely adding this place to my list of vendors.
I LOVE orange shine! I never have any trouble communicating with the help desk but Jerica was super nice and gave me the answer I needed quickly! I really appreciate all that they do in such a crazy time. It makes my job a little bit less stressful!
I have been having some issues with vendors getting the products I have ordered shipped out on time. This has made it difficult to prepare for my grand opening since I need it by a specific date. However, Jerica was very prompt and checked with all of the vendors to get a status update on my order and made any cancellations that of orders that I needed voided out. Even if I did not get my answers same day, Jerica has made it very evident that she we continue to work to find some answers for me and will update me. I appreciate her help so much! It definitely takes some of the stress off from me since I do not need to contact each and every vendor I have ordered from myself. She has handled it all for me!
