I ordered two mid calf summer dresses. They are extremely thin, t shirt material, practically see through. The sleeves aren't even separate pieces of material. I paid $49.99 for each dress, and they're probably worth$5.00. I shall never order from OpenSky again.
Ordered what appeared to be a cute ring until I got it. The ring looks really cheap, However, the return was not a problem. It was accepted and I got refunded
Ordered what appeared to be a cute swim suit until I received it. The suit was so poorly constructed I didn't even try it on. When I went to return it found out the suit is non-returnable. I will NEVER order from OpenSky again.
I ordered a blouse in black size small, I received a white blouse in size medium, I immediately contacted them to I request a refund they asked me to send a photo of the item and then they would evaluate my refund. This is the worse possible customer service I've ever experienced. It's truly a scam or some sort.

I'm very happy with my order. Came very quickly, got these r8ng as a secondary weddi ring set. My fiance & I love them, we plan to have real stones set in them we like them so much. Overall we're very pleased.

Can't call! I've emailed multible times! No-one has gotten back with me. They have been paid! Tracking number They sent was no good! Always said it couldn't track! Then one day,
It said expired. USPS said it was invalid number.

The 3 flood lights are very bright and wonderful. Wishing I had ordered 7 instead of the 3. They are Great!
I am 5'4 weigh 144 ordered a L in the shirt it was very snug fit more like a medium, gave it to my daughter 5'3 120 pounds it fit her so I ordered another one in a XL fits but not comfortable it was called a loose fit shirt. So I gave that one away to. I was so excited with the clothes and prices, but won't order again because of the fit of the clothes. I will go to Kohls where they are true to size.
The first few items I ordered were good but soon after the quality and fit went down hill fast. I mainly order women's tops. I ended sending back the last three I bought and won't be buying anything else from OpenSky.
As much as I love Oakly Sunglasses, these pairs were not a good fit. There as the any paper work in the box that was delivered, my question is how can I return them?

I ordered the black "name" sign for my house. I am delighted with it. It arrived very quickly -- no quite as heavy as I thought it would be -- but it was correctly done. Can't wait to hang it up!

Pricing was fair at 50% off. Very flimsy material, but will be using this as a bathing suit coverup. Very comfortable. Credits were a good thing. Shipping time was only "fair".

Your site was customer friendly; however, the picture did not match the product description. That said, it worked out, because I simply ordered a previously ordered product. The first time I ordered from OpenSky, the delivery time was efficient. I haven't yet received this second order, so I can't comment on it yet. I liked the credits; it was a great tool to encourage me to place another order.
I never received my package, due to it was "misdelivered" to another address. The postman was not able to retrieve the package from that person, as told to me by the local post office. I had to go to the hassle of filing a claim with the post office,
To get a claim number for them to do an investigation. They were unable to get it back from where it was delivered. I will not be ordering any more items unless delivery is by UPS OR FEDEX.

RUN FAST & FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind waiting a minimum of 30-45 days for your order, don't care if you have little to no customer service, don't mind PAYING a restock fee even if your order was screwed up. Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings!
