When I requested a return label they want to charge me almost 9.00 to return it and I only paid 13.59 plus 3.99 shipping. They just lost a customer.

I think the chain could be a little longer though. At least a 20-inch chain so this way if you want it could double it up but you can also have it that way but as far as the ornament it is beautiful

In the description of the items I ordered it stated solid 14kt White gold on all 3 pieces. And neither of them were stamped with any kind of jeweler's marks

Please don't waste your money like I did. Theze things are too small to fit any one's arm unless you are 2yrs old. Cheap quality. Super Duper small I really want my money back.

I made my first purchase at Open Sky because they had a portable sewing machine at a good price. I really wanted it, but they canceled my order without explanation, and so far they have kept my money. I wish I could give them negative stars. I placed the order on April 26, and they still have my money on May 2.
Purchased a "happiness is being a Grammy" tee shirt. One option was fitted so I chose the regular fit in a 2xl. When it arrived it was equivalent to a medium fit. Had to pay for return shipping so they made their money on false sizing! Beware.

If you have a problem there's no phone number to call! I did e-mail them because I've been charged two different payments& was told they do this all the time! The charges are not even the same amount! And I still haven't received all of m y items! Two items and charges on my card for over $100.00!
