It's my first time booking a flight with any third party site and so was very stressed but the price was very attractive so went ahead and called and was guided very well by Kalan who put me at ease and helped me book the ticket online. I didn't like that they could not do it for us. But guess in a way it's good that we don't have to give our card details to anyone. Immediately after I booked I got my e ticket in a min and I checked the ticket with booking details on the airline site and it was there. Was able to put my meal details and was at ease.
