These guys are crooks and will double-book & double-charge your credit card then they will agree to refund the money but however you will be asked to pay for the non-refundable tax per ticket.

The booking process, once I narrowed down my flight, was relatively quick and easy to complete. Surprised to get a phone call shortly after from an Oojo agent who verbally reviewed all the details of my new reservation (and encouraged me to buy their paid-add-on trip insurance package). But the phone call to review my reservation nonetheless was a nice touch and detail. One thing I was a bit surprised by was discovering that my newly issued ticket, once I got it via email, had included seat assignments, even though I wasn't asked to select any specific seats or given that choice during the reservation process. I believe, now with the ticket in hand, I can go to the airline's website and update/adjust those auto-issued seat assignments. Based on my experience thus far, I'd use the service again.

Horrible service, money taken, no tickets seen. Call them all night, keep switching between agents, but non of them will provide you any solution, just keep telling you to wait and wait and wait, but non of them will call you back. ZERO. DONT USE THIS, THIS IS A SCAM

I was stranded at airport for 24 hours becuase of delayed flight. Oojo talked me into spending extra money for "flight protection" which didn't actually protect me from my missed flight. Barely any refund. Had to spend $2,000 more to go home. They didnt help me find a reasonably priced flight. They wanted $13,000! I had to find one on my own. Also, we booked and paid extra for specific seats months in advance. Then they changed our flight itenerary multiple times, and we lost our seats that we had paid for every time and were given NO refund. This happened not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES! Unbelievable. I finally settled on just taking the refund, that was barely anything, while I sit stranded at an airport in another country trying to get home. What a terrible experience. Never again

No written confirmation is ever sent, no communication with their supervisor,
No knowledge of laws, they are very quick to take your money but no one wants to assist you with any of your issues! Issues which in fact they create for you.
Please stay away!

I had never heard of Oojo, found them through Kayak but they had a good deal. Saw mixed reviews about them, was honestly worried about it being questionable but I trusted Kayak so I bit the bullet and booked a flight with them.
I got an email confirmation and it said to wait between 1-24 hours for a ticket confirmation. Was a little worried, an hour later I get a call from someone from Oojo to confirm that I received the ticket and sure it was there. I logged into the airline website and it confirmed my tickets. It was legit and it was an awesome deal, they got me better tickets than I expected (it included checked bags and seat selection) at 30% less than the airline (icelandair) website. Thrilled to bits!
The employee told me that Oojo has been around for 15-20 years and they were a B2B consolidator for tickets. They are now providing the same discount pricing directly to retail customers. Can't ask for more!

Fraud! They were very nice people until I bought the ticket. After that, I meant absolutely nothing to them. They refused to board my daughter because her passport was expiring in less than 6 months. I called them to reschedule my daughter and wife, but they said no. They told me that if we didn't board right away, we would lose the ticket. Obviously, my 5-year-old daughter couldn't board, and they didn't notify me when I entered the passport information. Then they told me that I would be considered a no-show and lose the ticket. But how can I be a no-show when I'm right here at the airport talking to you and trying to board?
I suggested buying two one-way tickets and using my return tickets, but they said no. They told me that if I didn't board right away, I would lose my whole ticket. I was like, "What? I paid for a round-trip ticket, and if I don't board for the first trip, for whatever reason, I lose the return as well?" It made no sense, but they told me that "it is what it is."
When I talked to customer service, they asked if there was anything they could help me with. I replied, "You didn't even fix my issue." They said that I had lost my tickets, and they refused to let me use my return trip tickets.
This company separated my family during a family vacation and they will face a lawsuit.

Answer: Very bad customer service. They will sell you and call you like crazy but when it comes to some changes they will never respond. Better to stay away from them.
Answer: When it comes to cancellation, they will charge a huge fee and they will never answer the phone call when asking for a refund. Worse service.
