Website service offerings are a wishlist. Don't expect any action on address changes or shipment refusals it's all about getting paid for the shipment.

AWFUL COMPANY

Pretty sure they are just in business to steal. They "lost" 2 packages in 10 days. They said one was left at my front door but to get to my front door you have to open a locked gate, walk about 300 yards with 6 large dogs that will eat your legs off. When I explained that to the corporate office she said if you have a problem take it up with the police and the company that I purchased from. They have no responsibility or accountability to replace ir pay. Great racket. Next package the company i irdered from finally just gave me my money back because it keeps saying delay delivery tomorrow. For 2 weeks.
I don't understand why they are still in business. Shameful. 1 star is 2 stars too much.

Poor shipping

According to ontract my package was SUPPOSED TO be delivered on 3/4! IT WAS NOT! THERE HAS BEEN NO UPDATE ON WHEN MY PACKAGE WILL BE DELIVERED! ACCORDING TO THEIR TRACKING SYSTEM ALL IT SAYS IS OUT FOR DELIVERY! DID NOT RECEIVE PACKAGE ON 3/6 AND IT STILL SAYS OUT FOR DELIVERY ON 3/4! AND STILL SAYS THAT TODAY 3/7! THERE IS NO WAY TO EVEN CONTACT THEM TO ACTUALLY FIND OUT WHEN IT WILL BE DELIVERED! I BOUGHT THE ITEM ON WALMART WEBSITE BUT THE SELLER IS THE ONE WHO USED ONTRAC FOR THE SHIPPER! I WILL LET WALMART KNOW EXACTLY THAT ONTRAC IS A PISS POOR SHIPPER TO USE! THEIR RATINGS FOR A SHIPPER IS THE POOREST SHIPPER I HAVE EVER SEEN! ACCORDING TO THEIR TRACKING SYSTEM MY PACKAGE IS SITTING IN EVERETT, WASHINGTON WHICH IS THE CITY THAT I LIVE IN, THEIR WAREHOUSE IS LESS THAN 7 MILES AWAY FROM MY HOME! WHAT A BUNCH OF BULL $#*! AND NOT RELIABLE!

When I see ontrac has been assigned to deliver my order I know I'm not seeing it. Out of 10 packages, 8 never arrived. They generally mark delivered by dont. Idk what they're doing with them. I mean that large amount of lost packages makes you think something shady is going on. I also have a security camera so I can guarantee they did not come.

Let me begin by saying these guys are rude and left a huge mess in my yard getting stuck, nice job guys.thanks then not only did they tear up our driveway, they pestered my 84 yr old mother in law to tow them out with here honda ridgeline. And. One of them ordered her to tell us they aren't going to deliver here anymore! GOOD, THANK YOU! But please come and fix the mess you created in our yard.

Continued delays in getting a package delivered - after 3 days of attempted contact with OnTrac.
My package was not delivered and the site said "delivery refused". THAT WAS NOT THE CASE as I was home all day.

I attempted to use the chat function and that was a useless time waste of 40minutes to tell me the same info. Subsequent follow-up on the chat was responded to 12 HOURS LATER.
I finally managed to find a phone# and speak with someone who said it was scheduled for delivery next business day. There was no delivery attempted. I tried calling again today but keep getting contact your retailer and then disconnected.
Now it says "held at the facility - contact us". How exactly am I to do that if you can't reach anyone.

Responses and update info are complete fabrications. There's no accountability on their end and not even a way to contact them to get answers.

THE SOLUTION: Reach out to retailers directly who use this service and tell them not use OnTrac or you will no longer order from them. The customer has no power here -- only the retailer since that's who pays them.

Driveway within clear sight of road, but not my house. Cardboard box was completely

I was the lucky one

Despite all the negative reviews, it did convince me they were not a trustworthy company. So as I was messaging a representative about informing me if my delivery would arrive today because the day after would be really bad. I wouldn't have been there and it could've got stolen. I then saw the truck and said to the lady, "oh wait it's here what a coincidence!". So in the end I got my new xbox from gamestop with no issues, I will consider myself lucky.

This company is the absolute worst! They do not give a damn about your parcels. They have nonexistent customer service. They throw your packages on the street, on sidewalks, in driveways in pouring rain. They DO NOT care. They cannot be bothered to open your gate and walk 6 steps forward to safely deliver your items to your front door under cover. When you complain they issue a robo response that is meaningless. I do not understand how they can stay in business and it's the absolute worst for giving a damn about doing a good job. AVOID at all cost if you have a choice.

Worst experience of my life 1) very old model of Bajaj pulsar 150 2) tire are very week and old, and it's a tube tire with many puncher already. In the 2 days of buying the bike I had to fix the puncher 2 times. 3) while buying the bike it's showed me high milage around 60kmpl but in practical it was aroused 25.4) the petrol meter was not working from the beginning. 6) you cannot complain because the call says to report it in app and app dose not work for submission of complain. DON'T BUY...

Review would never use a company that has no one to talk with extremely frustrating all day it had todays date 2/13 and now gone no more date no info from tracking all day yesterday and today date on its way in transit what a joke Ups or mail I would of had hours ago!Now 6pm nothing hope your invisible CEO reads reviews not a good way to keep customers!and no people to ask questions accept sousy recording with 2 options!

I have repeatedly asked the driver's not to throw the packages over the vent they know I have dogs well my dogs have literally tore up two packages and destroyed what was it in them Wednesday February 1st 2023 a package was thrown over in my fence and my dogs ate it that package was $70 I have the proof and I will post it two weeks before that they threw another package over the fence it was an Apple phone my dogs destroyed it now I am tired I am upset and I am pissed off somebody needs to pay me back which the total comes to $270 I am not happy I am totally pissed now I have put a big mailbox outside my house if this happens again I will be back and I won't be this nice

Worst company

My packages always get lost with this shipping company. It is the complete worst. I swear there is some scandalous doings with this company and it should be looked into. There is theft. No way that of all the orders I do online, they always go missing with ontrac. They are costing companies thousands (if not more!) in lost products.

Package peed on

Companies decide to be cheap and go with the lowest bidder for their commissions, that's how I'm guessing ontrac is still operating.

Here's a brief description of my interactions with OnTrac.

1 package crushed, there was an imprint of a tire tread on it.
Numerous packages missing yet claimed to be delivered.
Packages stolen
Numerous contents of numerous packages broken
Numerous packages delivered after being missing for several weeks
Several packages of perishable goods delivered a few weeks late, full of rotting food on arrival
1 package soaked in beer
1 package wet and covered in pee
1 delivery driver wouldn't leave, kept insisting on seeing my pets or he wouldn't leave, came back the next day wanting to see my pets again
Delivery driver opened a box of steaks and helped himself to two of them, decided to deliver the rest for some reason
1 package thrown at me by the delivery driver
1 package tossed out the car window by the delivery driver while her teenage daughters glared and insulted me from the backseat
1 driver visibly inebriated on arrival

Customer service doesn't care, one time they accused me of lying when I notified them that the package hadn't been delivered when their system claimed that it had.

Any company that delivers their products through OnTrac are complicit in their crimes imo now.

I wish there was a negative 100%. Not even 1 star worthy. Should be called Inblackhole not ontrac. They lose packages and just because something says delivered doesn't mean it was and they NEVER provide a pic or any proof. They don't update their tracking and the 3rd issue I've experienced is a label is printed and then sits in the black hole for 6 days! I cringe every time I order from anywhere and they use ontrac. THE WORST EVER!

Lazy liars

Recently placed an order from Best Buy online they shipped using OnTrac delayed delivery saying recipient wasn't home but I was so clearly they lied! Never attempted to deliver my package and customer service is garbage I don't know such a terrible company stays in business
