Order sent out 10 days ago but nowhere in sight. Pending, pending, on the way, now suddenly returned back to their distribution center. 150 mile trip. I'll probably have to cancel and get it direct from China instead. Not kidding.
Says package was delivered to my front door. Package was NOT delivered to my address. I contacted ostracized, sent them pictures of my home and huge 3'x3' white sign at the side of the street with my address on it.
Their response was..."if you haven't found your package within 2 days contact the seller". What kind of company can survive with this type of service?
They delivered 8 packages to me over the last month or 2 and I only ever received 1 package the rest they delivered to empty building and stuff in my area, always have 2 drive around and look for them, bad thing is the road I live on is a 1/4 mile long and I'm the only house on it
Slowest delivery service ever. They spent all day with no updates on my package and said it would come by midnight. Extremely rude. I doubt people stay up until midnight for a package. All I asked was for text alerts and updates like Amazon on where it could be and instead they kept saying midnight it would arrive. Rudest service. Maybe if they would care more about customers and stop being lazy and watching football on Sundays, things would get done. Others have lives and jobs too.
They said that they delivered the package but is not true, when we ask for photo proof, don't have it...when we said we have camera and the ship never did, they said contact the company. For real! This people S.U.C.K.S!
Lost/stolen packages, inaccurate online tracking system, if you can actually talk to a customer service person, they are completely unhelpful and don't follow up.
I purchased some stuff on Shein,, however I accidentally place an incomplete address, when it near to deliver I got notification from a very popular shipping company saying delivery failure. I contacted them numerous of time giving them the complete address, they refused to correct it saying shein had to contact them, it was ship back to shein and shein did reship the pack but in more than one parcels, they place the incomplete address on One of the parcels that OnTrac was delivering, I got delivery failure. I try reach to to OnTrac over the phone because I am in Jamaica. Did get them. I then realized they had virtually assistance can I tell you, they amended the address, consumer services virtually were magnificent. I had my package delivered to the location and It didn't had to return to shein. Thanks again OnTrac
Terrible customer service. My package is "held" for 3 days in my town and they won't tell me why. I contacted their customer service and they just say confirm your address, which is the same as the address I already provided when I ordered. They can't tell me why they're holding my package. My package arrived in Flint, then sent to NJ, arrived back in Flint, then sent to Orlando and now back in Flint sitting for 3 days waiting on me to confirm my address that they already have. They haven't even attempted to deliver it, they're just "holding" it.
My package was marked as out for delivery for several days. It was at one point near my home. It however left the state I'm in and finally got marked as delivered when it was not delivered. Their tracking record on their site shows a chaotic mess and they wouldn't admit they lost my package so that I could be refunded. I have a security camera and there's no footage of any carrier at all the day it was marked delivered. I'm complaining to the better business bureau next. I'll never buy from any company that uses on trac again. If I find that a purchase I make is using OnTrac, I will cancel the order. This was a scam. I paid, they kept and probably resold my package.
I ship to my work and always put the suite # in as to have them deliver to the correct place, the person who delivered the package dropped it outside the front door of the office building. It did not get to my suite number and now they said they are looking into it, will respond in 2 business days and it has been 2 weeks and nothing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, the delivery people are useless.
My package was left at the door opened, with the opened side down towards the ground. When I picked it up from the front door and saw that it was opened, I counted my order of 12 shirts and 3 were missing. I live in a safe neighborhood, so it had to be someone from the company...delivery that took my merchandise out of the package.
My order has not yet been delivered, ONTRAC reported that it was delivered but that never happened... They have no one to answer your complaints; Do not use this company, your package will never arrive; ONTRAC package delivery company is the worst...
If I could rate ontrac zero stars I would and the reason being is simple, their delivery drivers are horrible, rude, and are ignorant when it comes to handles other people's packages. I have unfortunately had to have multiple deliveries that have been delivered by them and every single time the idiots either throw my packages or slide them half way across my front porch! If this is how you handle potentially breakable stuff then you need to be retrained or terminated! It is very irritating since some of the companies I buy from ship the cheapest way possible so I have no choice but to have these bozos dropping off my merchandise. Honestly you are better off finding a company that actually cares about your packages and doesn't throw them. Ontrac sucks!
LYING, lazy, useless employees! My packages have been sitting at our local airport since the 24th! (It's now the 28th and they still haven't picked my items up!) my items passed through customs and were set for pick up on the 25th. They have refused to collect the packages for 3 business days now, they are just collecting dust in a room at an airport in my city. This has pushed my deliver date back by a week! When I contacted them, they lied right to my face and claimed they aren't responsible for this part of the shipping process. Contacted the shipper and the airport and was told ontrac is a big fat liar! They are slow and lazy! When I confronted them about the lie they began to send auto responses with tracking information I already had! Then lied again and said they were "waiting for the items to arrive to them"! Disgraceful company!

I had a delivery to come yesterday. Well it said delivered, but I didn't receive it so, I contacted the retailer they also saying send me a picture of it being delivered. The pictured showed where my apartment complex mailboxes are. I said I don't live at no mailboxes, so I took a picture of my door with the number on it and said this where I live. I was getting upset with the retailer and it wasn't their fault. So OnTrac y'all need to get on track. My package was part of my birthday. This has put a damper on my birthday weekend. Not a happy camper. OnTrac is OffTrac.
I ordered from Temu and my package says it arrived at their location 6 days ago and i have yet to receive it. It just keeps saying delayed. This is awful. They don't allow on-site pick up. I really need this item.
I get more and more disappointed to see most of the online retailers I shop at switching to this shipping company. They are so slow and there's never any updates. Every delivery has gone at least 2 days past the shipping date with no tracking updates or any way to find out what's going on with my packages. I'm super bummed I'm going to have to stop shopping at these retailers because I don't feel like waiting 2 weeks for an order that would be here in 5 days with USPS or FedEx. Unbelievable.
I ordered a polo from Fanatics, with 2 day shipping - it's been 4 days and I still don't have the polo. 2nd day in a row with a "failed attempt" and I have been home.

Answer: Their employees are stealing packages. I've had zero issues with Amazon, FedEx and ups but Ontrac can't get anything right. They are thieves. File a police report. I'm doing it tomorrow ummm absolutely sick of this company getting away with stealing with no repercussions.
Answer: Any Shipping company is cheaper and better than OnTrac. USPS, FedEx, UPS are all leaps and bounds better and cheaper than OnTrac. You will regret using them. Stay away from them if possible.

Answer: Agree / we already have the top 3 shipping companies in the city for local ( USA) shipping. Which throwing stealing packages is federal time by law opening someone else's mail. Or maybe that's only for USPS mail. But they should make it for packages as well. If it's not yours or not authorized by the person you cannot open it. Or if you steal it. It's a 250k fine. Or jail time And then say is that worth opening the package?
