Some creators' introductions on their profile are misleading and manipulative letting you to believe you are going to see nudity but actually its the same or similar content as their socia media! Ive been trying to recieve my payout for roughly a month now, and my god is dealing with customer service a headache. Ive tried regular banking and Skrill, neither are being accepted and the zendesk ticket system wont send my photos either, meaning I cant get my issue escalated.

My account wasn't verified, and they limited the account until I get verified (which shouldn't be mandatory considering the content of the website), I verified my account, provided all needed dox, and contacted them to enable me pay the money, no one replied for over 24 hours, and the offer available for some content was expired.
What a stupid methodology.

I went to verify my credit card. The system said it would debit a small amount and I would need to enter the amount to confirm the card. The system also said if the amount wasnt in USD, which it was not in my case, I'm Australian, the right USD amount was part of the payment description. The problem is, the USD was nowhere to be found, so Onlyfans lied. So I failed to enter the USD amount. Went back and forth with this arrogant & densed customer service girl and got to nowhere. She said I need to wait 24 hours to verify again. Waited 24 hours, the system now asks to debit another amount. I'm not going to be fooled twice. Absolute BS of a company. The customer service is horrible. Hope they can find a more ethical place to work at at their next jobs. My goodness.

I've been working for OnlyFans for several months and this situation has already happened to me several times: a person subscribes to me, buys content / tips me, and then the payment is canceled. This user keeps my video or photo. Site support does not help, but only sends a standard response that the transaction seemed suspicious to them. A user with content, and I am without money. Very bad site, I do not recommend working with it.
