I have tried to make contact with only fans via their support email address having been wrongly charged but all you get is an automated reply. They ask you to type your query above the line but it doesn't allow you to do it so you will never progress a complaint.
I will never use this site again and i would warn anyone to beware.

Very poor customer service in general -- they seldom respond and when they do it's a standard template that does not answer your question. Also, they had a major outage for several consecutive days last year. They promised to provide a prorated credit to customers but never did it. Finally, their terms and conditions are not focused on protecting customer interests. For example, I've noticed that if you try to cancel any transaction you will be banned from the site forever. Recently someone sent me a wrong link and I wanted to dispute the charge with my credit card company because I was misled. I'm sure I would have gotten my money back but onlyfans would have probably shut down my account, which is not fair. I don't feel this obscure UK company stands on my side.

Paid video wont play

Paid for a video, it wouldn't play. It wasn't my system. They wouldn't fix the problem or refund my money.

Website is poorly laid out and not intuitive. Site has several bugs even though it is very simplistic. Customer service usually writes back within 24 hours but responses are unhelpful and borderline condescending. No help is given through the customer service email. They only review you to FAQ portion of website. When an obvious mistake has been made on their end they only respond with accusing you of doing something wrong and saying there is nothing they can do.
