Onlyfans isn't allowing me to access my earning. I've been emailing them for almost two weeks about transferring my own money and still haven't receive a response about my money. In my last email, I wrote about this week's hacking & how it might've affected my payouts? They responded with a threat of deleting my account and denying it's obvious recent hacking of leaked photos & videos. I've heard from other girls that onlyfans has taken money from them, too. Onlyfans is stealing from me & maybe one day it might be you... Beware.

Media doesn't load

Wasted money on a profile I never can see anything on because images and videos don't load and always give me a "the media could not be loaded error" - even after updating Chrome, clearing my settings, and even trying in Firefox.

I was persuaded to pay in advance for a several months subscription. I've watched this model for years and she has always been honest, but after "promotion" and paying for several month's subscription she deleted account. I paid for nothing. Contact to "onlyfans" site is pointless. They ignore any messages. There is no chance for me to get my money back. They should introduce a buyer protection program. I have paid for the subscription and should receive it. It is unacceptable for the owner to delete the account when he receives the money from subscribers.

EDIT: they wrote to me apologizing for the delay and surprisingly returned the money for the canceled subscription. It took a bit long, but fortunately they behaved honestly.

In general just short teases with nothing good unless you tip, send Amazon cards or $ through PayPal. Some really bad attitudes. The site worked well enough for me. I see a lot of complaints about technical problems, but I didn't experience that. Other pay sites are a much better value.

40 minutes to watch a 14 and a half minute video. Sucks, to much buffering, talked to support and they say clear cache, I have no issues on the other sites with videos.

Signed up to see models, but after entering credit card info the site still would not allow me to access content on any models page. The card was immediately charged however. I had to call and get my credit card company to credit my refund as i could not get a hold of any customer service, Avoid this site!

AVOID AT ALL COST AND HAVE YOUR CC LOCKED IF THIS NAME APPEARS ON ANY BILLS!
Never registered on this site, nor gave any Credit Card info, yet was billed.
Pretty sure they buy CC data from other scammers.
My CC company is on the case already.

The site and models lead you to believe that by subscribing per month, you'll have "access to private content" the models post. While yes, you can see some photos, most videos are merely 6-20 second previews where you're then asked to pay $5 to $50 to see the film videos. I subscribed to several pages to confirm this for models with a varying degree of notoriety and it's the case across the board. No matter how hot the models may be, this site is little more than lies and smoke and mirrors.

Withholding Payments

I follow a *******@chrissie40 on Only Fans. She is due to be paid a considerable amount which she has earned.
Only Fans refuses to pay out - they have told her to stop emailing them so much but the issue is still not resolved.As one of her contributors, I have contacted them twice only to be given the run around.
Plenty of excuses from them which amounts to thievery. If this is an example of the way they deal with people - stay away.

It takes about 2 weeks and 10 messages for someone to actually answer your email. By then it is no longer needed. Massive problems with payouts. Now i am not even sure i will get my last payout that stands in processing for 5 days even though it was supposed to be 1 day... So it has all the signs of a SCAM. The owner should take a vacation directly in jail... What a joke

Got blocked for no reason
November 16, 2019

On last Sat (9 Nov), I was in the process of payment for one video clip on site, suddenly I got log out and cannot log in since then. A message "transaction could not be processed at this time". Then I got blocked. The reply from onlyfans is just telling you it is the system, they cannot override it. It seems I just got blocked permanently for a mistake made by the system. That's just absurd and unacceptable.

I even tried registering new account, added a credit card. I then went to one profile and paid for subscription. It brought me to a page for process of my credit card. Then it suddenly had a message, "transaction could not be processed at this time". Then I got log out. I cannot log in my account anymore. It also said my account is not found.

On 2 separate occasions I was double charged for a subscription i asked the extra charges be removed SO THEY BLOCKED ME PERMANENTLY its actually in the terms of service. If you ask for a refund EVEN IF ITS THEIR FAULT YOU WILL BE PERMANENTLY BANNED There is nothing you can do. After weeks of trying to reach customer service, they finally replied and said, sorry, nothing we can do.

Love the site

Love the site. A lot of the people on here complain about messages that girl send how in the world are they supposed to pay for the performers that are in all of the scenes they have to pay $1000 to each person showing up in the scene so it's gonna make sense that they are going to charge you more than 6.99 a month duh! They have to recoup the cost somehow that's how they do it in the messages if you're cheap don't sign up!
I am a total supporter of these girls and I pay for the messages so they can keep doing what I love which is watching their porn

Watch out for the private video message scam, you get charged
Subscribed to a content creator and they sent me a private video message. I thought it was just a video and was part of the subscription, but when I clicked the video it auto billed me an extra amount without any popup confirmation and charged my card.

This is a con, it should at least warn you or get you to click agree to purchase.

Waste of time and money. Definitely not worth the money spent to subscribe and gain access to a profile I wanted. The entire site lags 100% of the time, and has consistent problems with functionality and constantly gives random errors when trying to view profile content. (All of this tested on multiple devices/mobile service providers.)

The wife and I are content providers and we still cannot recommend this site. The layout is extremely non-intuitive; subscribers must simply scroll through all of your posts. If you actually send an email to customer service, chances are you will NEVER get a response. If you do, it's simply an automated response that doesn't address your issue. Terrible site.

Very frustrating experience. I've had the displeasure of using their services for a couple of years so I have a very comprehensive view on their work. When something goes wrong they take ages to reply and when they do they reply nonsense. I'm not sure what the problem is but they don't seem to understand standard English. I had to write to them 3 times informing of a bug and they still seem unable to read what I'm saying. Maybe they just don't care. I'd recommend using any other platform.
