I had originally subscribed to onlyfans via their website. Then I found I could access them via Twitter. I did so, and then started seeing double charges on my credit card. I sent a message to their help and support option but received no response. I sent another one several months later and I finally received a response that I had 2 accounts (I did not know I had more than one, just thought I was accessing 2 accounts from the same platform). This ended up costing me $150 in overcharges. When I brought this to their attention (some condescending prick called Lenny) they refused to refund the charges and did not even offer an apology for the confusion or the resulting distress to me and just stated it is written in their policy no refunds and that they do not take responsibility for multiple accounts (even though they both had the same content). Of course have no safeguards in place for this either, so this may be a sneaky way to take more of the customer's money. Even the people whom I subscribed to were upset or surprised by my situation and onlyfans' handling of it! I definitely do not recommend this site and advise anyone to steer clear of it after what I have been through.

I was a big fan of them and loved their service and on Christmas Eve, they decided to terminate my account without given notice. I couldn't login into my account so I contacted them and they said my page was rejected by them and gave me general reasons but none of them applied to me. They also said they were not able to assist me. I even emailed them trying to ask what TOS had I violated and they ignored my emails.

Their customer service is poor, they can randomly terminate your account without telling you what terms they think you violated. My page was booming and I was at the top 31% and I honestly believe anyone can just report your page with a BS story and they can just close your account without any investigation.

If you do decide to use them, try and withdraw your money every time you reach the minimum amount. That money will be gone if they decide to close your account. Even if it was their computer that auto did it, the fact they refuse to look into it means poor customer service.

There are a lot of issues with this site. Technically I would rate them at 30\100. The videos are always buffering, and sometimes just error out. You need to be very careful which models you subscribe to, especially the more widely known ones. In addition to paying a subscription fee, and they send daily DMs trying to sell 1 minute clips for $5 - $20. Some models do provide great content for no additional money. I would guess most of the better known models do not even check these, and have bots or other companies maintaning them. In addition, the company will not respond to any issues, so Caveat emptor. At this point, not worth the money at all.

Terrible site performance (not even able to play any video), a lot of issues (for example all messages have been deleted or that the site is not available), a lot of very low quality content, a lot of automatically generated messages from content creators with PayToView content, once i subscribed for free and made sure that it is not set for automatically re-subscribing but then onlyfans changed the settings and i got charged anyways.
