I did not receive my order. My Credit card company led me to believe you were a fake company, and in a panic agreed with them. I would like to have my order. Ordered may 23. More than a month later nothing arrived. Their website says 5-7 days internatiinal delivery. After a lot of emails basket4ballers say their courier is still investigating where the pack is. Asked for refund but nothing.
NEVER BUY AGAIN. THEY DONT CARE FOR CUSTOMERS

I placed an order for a flag and failed to note a discount code. I then placed a second order for the same item with the discount code and sent an email to customer service to cancel the first order. This was on Monday 5-29th. Received confirmation on 5-31 that both orders were shipped. Also received email from Sam jabro customer service indicating that you were unable to cancel the order as it was already shipped and advising me to get back to you with the code i wanted to add and confirm that i had created an account with you. I responded by email with the code but was not certain that i had an account. End of story i did receive both orders.
