Cleat broke as I was securing the rope. I requested a new and better cleat, I received the same cheap POS as before.
I did not receive my order. My Credit card company led me to believe you were a fake company, and in a panic agreed with them. I would like to have my order. Did my credit card company cancel the order. If so, I will try to have you reinstated. Sorry about that. I will be away for nearly 2 weeks, but let me know what I need to do to receive my order. Easy to order, sent our logo in and proof was sent back in timely manner. Looks great and had the hats with in a couple weeks! Second time we have ordered and both times easy and great results!
If I can believe in the product, these filters will be fine to use when I change my filter every 3 weeks. I have 5 cats and their hair and dander block the filter.
I placed an order for a flag and failed to note a discount code. I then placed a second order for the same item with the discount code and sent an email to customer service to cancel the first order. This was on Monday 5-29th. Received confirmation on 5-31 that both orders were shipped. Also received email from Sam jabro customer service indicating that you were unable to cancel the order as it was already shipped and advising me to get back to you with the code i wanted to add and confirm that i had created an account with you. I responded by email with the code but was not certain that i had an account. End of story i did receive both orders.
Easy too find items and check out was seamless! I would use it again. However, this dialog box that requires 50 characters is annoying.
