I planned to use it, but your placement of the coupon code box I found was….unusual, and I completed the transaction before I was able to apply the code. I emailed you IMMEDIATELY after that transaction and asked if you would apply the $10 credit at your end. No. I was advised to use it on my next purchase. This IS my next purchase. Now your site/system is telling me the code is invalid. It HAS been a few months, but…there was no expiration date attached to the code, so…I'm feeling I got a raw deal and this "coupon" business is kind of shady. I was feeling really good about your company, wrote a really positive review, and have recommended you to several people. I'm not feeling really good about that now. I'm feeling duped. It's only $10, but it's kind of the principle.
Other than this issue, which has been ignored buy Online Stores, I'm a satisfied customer. The selection of products in my category has been good, prices reasonable, and delivery time excellent. Order accuracy 100% to date.
