Do not buy from, this company unless you enjoy losing your money and getting crappy customer service help. Noticed once I received my receipt (a week after I bought the gift) that the address had been changed. I contacted customer service via the link in the email and received a reply two days later saying sorry but it has already shipped and the address was your fault not ours. Then I received an email saying the product has shipped, 7 hours after the email I received back from their "customer service" saying it had already been shipped? Then I contact UPS and they informed me that they can't change addresses from third party shippers until the product has been delivered and refused (not really helpful) then come to find out the sender (Onlinestores.com) requested it be delivered by USPS on a Sunday and just left at the door. No refusal possible and now someone else is enjoying my Mothers birthday present. So I left an email for customer service again and they decided it would be awesome to email to say I can freely change my address through the shipping company which happens to not even be UPS or USPS but a third company! (Information that would have been helpful when I contacted them a week and a half ago). So now I am left high and dry with no present for my mom and $60 out of pocket. Buy from people that actually care about their jobs and the service they are providing. I will never buy from them again and will blast to anyone that will listen what an awful experience this was and to steer clear unless you enjoy giving your money away for free
I purchased a fire pit screen & I am just shocked because it was approx $68 & it's flimsy & really fir that price it's honestly junk.
I will keep it because I'm trying to protect little hands from being burned. I don't usually write a review like this but I just keep looking at it & thinking this is crazy!

I ordered flags through United States Flag Store, a division of onlinestores.com. They ship out of PA and I only live in Queens NY, so I would expect the items in 2-3 business days. A USPS Priority envelope could easily have been used and would have been here in 2 days. They use UPS and it went to Ohio instead of directly to NY. I ordered on 6/17 and it's still not here even though it says it arrived at the local post yesterday. The updated delivery now says Monday June 28! This is such terrible shipping service. I am beyond disappointed and will never order from them again. I'd rather pay more and get the item in a timely manner. I wanted to buy USA made and still will shop for US items, but not through onlinestores.com.

I bought electric Hydraulic Floor Jack from this criminals; zi repeat this is a floor jack to lift yiur vehicle during tyre replacement; so by nature this item can only be delivered by hand.
Not onlinestore or criminals as I can 100% call them, they sent me an empty flat pack box, as far as I am concerned it came from them, this people charged me for delivery; so they should have done everything to ensure at every stage it is protected by signature to released it, no that didn't happened, the empty box was push through my letter box; so we never had any contact or opportunity to reject the empty box; I sent a photo of the empty flat box; with the little postage sack; they didn't dispute this, so I concluded this scam came from them.
This experience has taken away my confidence buying stuff online.
China is a huge concern for me now, they have no fear of God in them, and most of them are willing to kill for money.
Avoid onlinestores; all this positive reviews are fake and dead trap to cajole you into buying, once your money is taken, it takes a month for the rubbish you didn't pay to be sent, you have no clue what day it get delivered.
Buy your stuff from. Shops, if you must buy online use Amazon or any Britiish site, avoid heartless Chinese devils.
A jack is no item anyone can pass through a letter box, pls find attached photos of the garbage they sent me, they created tracking number for their scam, this is their convincing scaming technique; they provide a tracking number for delivery empty box; my Electric Hydraulic Floor Jack was never delivered.

After repeat attempts and kindly explanation only certain "things" aka Flags are able to ship to Canada, who knows specifically... NO sale for the United States Flag Store... my Chinese made flag will have to come through some other country I guess

I received the flag pole before it was promised, i wont know the quality until i open it on christmas morning, hopefully it will be of good quality and my wife will like it.
Flag was as described and well made; silky feel to it. Perfect size for me. I have three other flags; U.S., Great Britain, and Israel, all on sticks; makes a great display in my room.
I was excited when my package came but felt like a real dummy when I opened it and found the rings for my flag pole to be too small for my pole. It is totally my fault for not checking the size before I ordered. These are 1" and my old ring measures 1 1/8 inch. Or there abouts. I never thought to measure it before ordering so it is my bad. Otherwise the service was great!... I will go to the flag store in town and see if I can get the right size... which is what I should have done in the first place. Oh well! Live and learn.

We needed several national flags one apiece. OnLineStores was the only place we could find from whom we could purchase singles. The website was a bit tricky to maneuver, but we got exactly what we wanted and got it on time. I am impressed that the order came with instructions on returning the purchase, but we are keeping the flags.
We live on top of a hill where the wind blows constantly the Super Tough flag is the only flag that can tolerate the weather and will last up to 6 months. Our flag flies 24 hrs a day every day!
