I ordered three pieces of aluminum over the weekend. They got in touch to let me know those were still in transit and there would be a one-day delay. These things happen, and I consider them getting in touch to be great customer service.

I ordered several custom cut AL. Some of them were distorted, not flat. I don't know if it was from the cutting or the shipping. I've ordered before and usually I'm happy.

This was one of my few orders from Online Metals. I make musical instruments, so I do more woodwork than metalwork but, once in a while I have to fabricate banjo hardware. I have bought brass to make my own parts before, and I have never been disappointed. This time was no exception. The parts were delivered to me quickly and I got to continue my building much faster than I had anticipated. The main two holdups in instrument making are having to wait on something to dry (glue, lacquer, etc.) and waiting on hardware to arrive. The wait for this hardware was very short.

Excellent! I only do a few projects a year using steel or aluminum. Before I started dealing with OnlineMetals I would have to buy something close to what I wanted and modify it to make it fit. Your custom cut service is great. I can buy exactly what I need. Your packaging is outstanding! Your shipping is miraculous! I don't know how you do it, but you get my order to my house in record time, every time! You provide me with shipping options to save me money! Super!
