Its okay, my problem is the handling of my shipping account number.
1. You shipped to arrive on Saturday. I'm not happy about that!
2. The shipper billed me twice.
Fast shipping, good packaging, good price on rectangular aluminum bars which are difficult to find elsewhere. I have always been happy with Online Metals service.

I order from OnlineMetals when I need material fairly quickly and the order is not too large. If either of these is not the case I order from Midwest Steel and Aluminum. If schedule is key, I order from McMaster. Online is sort of in the middle. I have never had a problem with material from Online and will continue to order from them as appropriate.

Poor overall experience.
Difficulties with online ordering, lack of a contact phoine number in Seattle.
No notice that the material had arrived and it sits there for days until I chase it up... by email! Which is not efficient for ME.
It's like you guys are specializing in Sales Prevention. Too many obstacles in my path to purchase.

It was funny you sent me a survey request about 10 minutes after sending me an alert that the delivery was going to be delayed. LOL, not the best timing on that. I wasn't in any hurry so not really an issue for me that it was delayed.

We did have to move our warehouse to Portland, OR due to spacing issues in the warehouse, we were bringing in more material for customers that we were running out of room for. My order was delayed due to extreme weather but it showed up safe and sound and the parts I ordered were good quality
