My package was lost by UPS, and once a claim was filed Online Metals shipped out replacement parts pretty quickly.

We ordered on a Thursday and it was here on monday. We are closed on Fridays, but we have had some orders the next day with Ground shipping!

I needed some aluminum channel and angled, various odd items to proto some things I'm working with in Ham Radio. Things like this are not available down the street and dealing with large metal distributors in the closest big town is a major trip. Those folks at the city desk have a hard time dealing the little onesies and twosies of a guy like me. Online Metasl fits the bill. Website is easy to navigate and shipping was just as expected. Items were picked and shipped from different locations, all arrived in good order. Thanks!

I ordered several different items and their total costs were about $32. Evidently they came from 3 different locations despite your statements about lots in stock. The shipping charges were $42. It is less likely that i will order from Online metals in the future as those costs were much greater than I expected.
