I ordered a piece of material on 4/1. I asked them to ship it overnight. We were in a hurry for it. When it did not arrive on 4/3 I chatted online with Sharrell. She told me it should ship out that day. It did not arrive. I called online metals on 4/8. They told me they could not find tracking for my order and would ship another piece of material. It finally arrived on 4/10. I have been working with Online Metals for many years and this is the first time I have had such a problem getting my order.
My order for O1 drill rod was in stock and shipped quickly. There is a wide variety to choose from.
I will continue to purchase from Onlinemetals.com.

In my experience, Online Metals is extremely fast and accurate in filling and delivering orders. I was disappointed, however, in the large increase in their prices over those of last year. I guess inflation is to blame for that.
