I had an issue with the order I received, it didn't have a PVC coating on one side. Honestly, i didn't check to see if the brass sheet I ordered automatically came with a PVC coating, but when I emailed saying i wish the sheet was covered, They immediately send out another. No questions asked. Because of this I was able to finish my project on time without losing time buffing out all those scratches!

The product and delivery were great. There were issues with the sales tax exemption, the material was for resale, but somehow I was confused with a tax exempt organization.
