I ordered aluminum angle. It was a good price and arrived in time. It was a little dirty and scuffed in places but all in all pretty good quality.

Prototype boxes, the good, the bad the ugly. It's hit and miss but more home runs. Wish you could specify if you need it for Milling or lathe work but it's still worth it.

I was pleased that the $10 shipping charge was honored, even though my order had to be shipped from two different locations and resulted in two deliveries on different days. Other suppliers may charge you for each package delivery.
Thanks for the feedback Parker! Yes! We were honoring that on most of our material, even if it shipped out of multiple warehouses, as we like to have one overall shipping cost instead of a bunch of them, as we know that can be a hassle.
I had an order placed and was scheduled for pickup. At the last minute I realized I needed some additional metals. There was no option for local pickup, so I started a Chat session. Without going into nuances, they checked for local stock and created a 2nd order for local pickup. While still on the chat, it turned out that one of the items I needed was damaged, but they offered to substitute the next larger size at the same price. That shows customer appreciation.
I indicated I would be in the area about 11:00. I received a text about 10:45 that the order was ready. Pickup was easy and quick.

Re order use in the future
The pricing model is a little annoying (like most online vendors these days - there is a pretend discount that is the normal price, with occasional additional discounts), but it's hard to complain about a huge selection delivered quickly. I have been sourcing most of my metal from OnlineMetals for a couple years with zero regrets.

I received my order in a timely fashion, but when I opened the package the four pieces of precision ground drill rod I had ordered looked like spaghetti 3- 3/32 and 1- 2mm?
The box had a few creases in it but nothing major, still the rods were useless to me at that point.
I contacted customer service and the order was promptly replaced, except for one 2mm rod that I didn't mention but was included in the original order, I guess I thought the whole order would be replaced, because if one piece was bent they were probable all bent?
Oh well, I guess that on me for not being more specific?
So yes great customer service and I will buy from this company again.

I only needed 6" of this I-beam extrusion for a camera bracket. It is great that I can buy such small pieces of big extrusions. I would say that be sure to get more that you really need... My 6: piece wasn't cut precisely square and its not quite 6" (about 1/4" short) when squared up. I really did only need 5", so no problem.
