Very easy to order. Ended up with two orders, I forgot one item and had to order a second time. UPS misplaced one of the packages in Louisville but that was not your fault. Everything eventually got here well packaged.

I had placed and received previous orders to OnlineMetals in the past with excellent results. My experience with this order is good but not as good as my previous orders. With this latest order four business days lapsed before shipment. This is longer than my previous orders. My order was well packaged and was exactly as I ordered when it did eventually arrive.

I have a great local steel & plastics supplier, but they don't do brass or copper. Even though Online Metals prices are high, I'm grateful they have odd items like perforated sheet steel and brass & copper that I cannot get locally in small quantity.

I had 1 part in the order that came up short on the length. Called customer service and emailed them the details,with photos, and they corrected it quickly.

I ordered aluminum angle. It was a good price and arrived in time. It was a little dirty and scuffed in places but all in all pretty good quality.

Prototype boxes, the good, the bad the ugly. It's hit and miss but more home runs. Wish you could specify if you need it for Milling or lathe work but it's still worth it.

I was pleased that the $10 shipping charge was honored, even though my order had to be shipped from two different locations and resulted in two deliveries on different days. Other suppliers may charge you for each package delivery.
Thanks for the feedback Parker! Yes! We were honoring that on most of our material, even if it shipped out of multiple warehouses, as we like to have one overall shipping cost instead of a bunch of them, as we know that can be a hassle.
I had an order placed and was scheduled for pickup. At the last minute I realized I needed some additional metals. There was no option for local pickup, so I started a Chat session. Without going into nuances, they checked for local stock and created a 2nd order for local pickup. While still on the chat, it turned out that one of the items I needed was damaged, but they offered to substitute the next larger size at the same price. That shows customer appreciation.
I indicated I would be in the area about 11:00. I received a text about 10:45 that the order was ready. Pickup was easy and quick.
