Heavy package took extra beating through delivery system, but inside all materials were wrapped, protected, and packed well.

2 of the shipments were in cardboard tubes. The ends were not properly capped and allowed the products to dump out during shipping.

My original order was cut to the wrong size. Within a few days I received a follow-up order, with the product cut to my specifications, no additional charge!

I ordered a bunch of less than 3' aluminum pieces, mostly 3/16", for a small project for my truck. They had it to me within a couple of days and the flat rate shipping saved me a bundle over the other online metal dealers.

I ordered material needed for a job that had a short deadline. Was notified of a delay in material and a resolution was found. Only complaint is I wish I could have been notified sooner (was notified 3 days later) to solve the issue. I received alternate material in time to complete the job so I'm glad it worked out. I will use again.

Recieved my order quickly. The material was packaged very well - metal can be hard to ship, but the cardboard packaging protected my order well. Custom size cuts were very well made and the size was spot on. Very good experience.
