I am a repeat customer. I recently purchased an angle, aluminum extrusion from Online Metal, which unfortunately, one piece arrived with significant edge damage. Upon contacting the customer service. I had fantastic response where within two days Online Metals at no charge replaced the damaged pieces so I could continue with my project. Thank you for being so responsive to your customers. Highly recommended this business.

Packing for shipping was fantastic. I purchased.060 perforated sheet for speaker grills. Just one of 8 pieces had a little damage from handling (not shipping). There was a little rust as well. All that I was able to deal with. However I am knocking two stars off for not telling me the perforated sheet pieces would come with a.25 inch solid band on one side. I expected perforations all the way to the edge on all 4 sides of the cuts. This leaves a pretty annoying aesthetic issue for my intended use. This could have been more clear in the order process.

I am restoring a 50 year old boat that requires small quantities of metal to reinforce, replace, or strengthen parts of the boat. Online Metals offers wide range of metals that meet my requirements and does not require large purchase. Online Metals offers a wider variety of types, grades, shapes, and thicknesses than the big box stores and is reasonably priced. Online Metals is an excellent resource for DIYers and hobbyists.

There was an issue with an incorrect dimension on a custom cut. The customer service for this issue was good, the issue was solved and the correct dimension metal was delivered.
