Compared to a few years ago, the cost of international shipping has come down significantly.

I bought some copper tubing and the shipping was expensive. I wanted to Will call it, but the rep had a hard time getting info from the warehouses for stock. I ended up purchasing it and having it shipped because i needed it sooner than later. It took 2 days to get back to me and still did not have any info for me.

Good, upset I cant have my account terms at net 45. My customers never pay at net 30, more like 45-60 days, this creates a hardship for me and my business!

The order was compromised by an out of stock condition on the acetal rod I ordered.
I appreciate the effort On-Line Metals made to reduce shipping by offering the 44" cut length, but I have to say, even with that, the shipping costs are getting prohibitive. Perhaps you could check with Fedex or USPS to get a more competitive rate than UPS.
