When the U2 tickets went on sale I was desperate to get mine but didn't know where to buy them. I found this site saying it was Foxboro ticket sales, I figured it was legit. I searched the tickets and some were very expensive but the GA (general admission) on the floor were pretty cheap so I grabbed a couple of those. Then I did some more searching and found one on Level 1 that was expensive but I decided it was a better option since I have a hip replacements and don't want to stand up the whole time. I figured I could cancel my 1st order but no, they won't let you. On top of that the Service charge was over $150 WOW! A $515 ticket ended up costing me $683, unbelievable. I didn't see the service charge until after I already committed to buying the ticket. To top it off I don't even get the tickets right away. There's something funky going on and they don't send them until weeks later and something on the web site said it may have someone else's name on it. Is this really LEGIT! Seems like something really strange going on. I never heard of anything like that before. I hope I don't have to call the AG to report any problems. I'm very nervous at this point. If all goes well I will report back as a happy camper but too many questions at this point.

Prices for tickets were very reasonable. Will be ordering again for future events! There was no hassle whatsoever I went on line indicating what I wanted and received my order fast.

Site was slick and easy, however seats were almost $50 each and totaled around $148. Printed my tickets and they say $25 each. Wondering if the tickets were marked up on the site. Shouldn't be since I pay around $17 a seat for a handling fee or something like that. Hard to believe there would be any type of fee when you print your own tickets; no labor on SiteJabber's end. I know they wont let this review be posted. Just being honest.

Some what confusing

All prices were shown in Canadian funds as the venue was in Canada. Never thought that that the total would be in usd. In the end, 2 $104, oo tickets cost $379.

I used this service and it was as good as using Ticketmaster. No glitches. Quick online service. The only thing different was I selected a section, and was give the row letters, but not seat numbers. The seat assignment arrived with the online ticket email.

Easy but expensive.

This process is very easy but with the rate exchange rate, it doesn't make much sense for Canadians. I ended up spending close to $800 for two tickets that would likely cost me maybe $300 here.

Like everyone else, I want to pay face value for tickets, and it seems less and less likely that it's ever going to happen again. (I don't make computer programs to hit 'refresh' the instant tickets go on sale) A few days after tickets for my event were available, I needed three good seats near each other and got them. This Scalper-Company had them for me and their "convenience fee/service charge" was NOT as exorbitant as I expected. Only an nominal fee on top of inflated prices. Imagine 3-4 times the ticket price, with fees around another 30%: /

Good seats. Tickets work. Pay out the nose. It is what it is..

Upsetting

The tickets I ordered were originally shown as 18$. Great price right? Well after the fees were added it ended up being double that price. A fee for downloading tickets? Shouldn't it be cheaper that way. Mailing tickets would be more expensive for the company. I feel like the prices should be advertised with the fees already added. It'd be like going to a gas station and seeing a really cheap price advertised on the board. Then getting to the pump and seeing a fee added for something that would be easier for the gas station.
