I received my tickets extremely fast... a couple of days or less. The tickets were easy to print and we look forward to the concert coming up. However the service fee pricing was outrageous! I only bought 2 tickets instead of 4 due to the service fees.

I paid for row 5 and when i got my tickets I seen that we were given tickets for a different row. Just beware that you may not get the row you were expecting.
Finding seats on the website was complicated at first. After several tries, I found the website gave a lot of information about where the seats were located. However, when my tickets arrived, I found I did not have the exact seats I had chose but are comparable. Then the name on the tickets is not mine. After I downloaded the tickets, the site said that the names may not be ours. Very confusing!
My tickets came out in a strange format with the name Chris Shaw on the top and the amount of $43 dollars each. I paid almost $500 for 3 tickets in my name. Confusing tickets and full page of ink to print each one. Additionally, I paid close to $6.00 to get the printable tickets like this and waste far more ink than should be necessary. For this price they should have been printed and mailed to me.
Received my tickets minutes after purchase, and after many many resale purchases, I will say their fees were not bad at all!
In my excitement to obtain the tickets, I failed to look at the breakdown of the cost as closely as I should have. Basically $80.00 in service charges, which is crazy. If I could have cancelled the order, I would have.
