Service fees are HIGH.

Received tickets by emailed promptly but the service fees they charge for the tickets are high AND then they charge you $7.50 for the privilege of e-mailing them to you so you can download them yourself. How crazy is that! Bet they won't even post my review either! Cindy

Was a good experience. However, I do not agree that, being in Canada, the prices are presented and paid in US$ and you only see that information at the end of the page when you are completing your purchase.

Small concern... my tickets have the wrong name on them. They say issued to Aaron Jones! But I called the help line and talked to a lady and she said the name on it won't matter at all and we will have no trouble at the door! I sure hope it will not be a problem

Fast and easy tickets

I must say that my experience buying tickets to the upcoming Billy Joel concert was a very pleasing, easy, fast one. So much easier than any of the ticket resellers out there and significantly cheaper in cost.

Fraudulent crooks

Do not purchase from this site. They completed a sale on my credit card that I did not authorize and were absolutely unwilling to cancel the charges. Use any other resaler but this one if you care about the security of your purchase.
