DO NOT USE THIS SITE! We just bought two tickets to a John Williams concert and saw after purchase $95 of extra fees, and found out the tickets we paid $130/ea for only cost $66 through the Hollywood Bowl. Called an hour after purchase to return and they refused. Said all sales were final, no exceptions. DO NOT USE!

Very easy website to get around. However when I printed the tickets the ticket on the side had a date of January 2017. Don't know what that is all about, made ma a little nervous.

Was looking for tickets to a sold out show a few days away and found a good variety of seats and prices on this site. It was very easy to look at the options and then make my decision.

Online rep said problem between me and seller not venue. Disappointed cause celebrating end of chemo treatment.

Fast to purchase and easy to submit. I would come to this site to purchase future tickets. Only thing that bothered me was the extra fee's

Accidentaly ordered the wrong ticket and I called them within minutes of placing the order to have them switched and the told me too bad there is nothing they can do. All I wanted was to switch to the correct show I did not even want a refund but it does not work that way. Do not buy from them they are nothing but a scam

What an easy way to purchase tickets and the prices are reasonable. Will purchase this way again! I had the tickets in my hand within a couple of hours.

I am more than upset and probably won't be using this service again. I inadvertently picked the wrong date for the tickets, called immediately, and again today, and was told there was nothing I could do about it. I believe this policy to be totally unfair. I pay $150 for something I cannot go to. Sincerely, LMPerin, Bothell, WA

Website was easy to navigate to compare seating sections still available at various prices, & to purchase tix was a seamless process. Definitely recommend it & would use it again!

I appreciate buying my tickets online, but I do not like being charged extra for receiving my ticket via email.

Looking for tickets is alright but buying Themis a little confusing. After you fill out info it kicks you back up to top and your about buying tickets twice and then on email if you buy last ticket in section it says selection anavalible pick another choice

Buying was easy. Site interaction was simple and steps easy to follow. Hope shipping goes ok - only thing isnthat Indis not understand if I will receive the ticket, or if I will get it in a venue near the event...

Easy to do. But they need to be sure the tickets come in your own name not someone elses... not cool
