The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

I am annoyed at the fact that when I purchased my tickets that you sent me an email stating that I put the tickets in my cart and didn't check out and offered me a $20 discount after the fact and I didn't wait on getting these tickets to Black Label Society I went straight through the process. So I feel let down by this.
The service charge is very high. I would probably find another source to find my tickets
The 85dollars for each tick is way too much. I could take a lemo downtown an back and it would a lot cheaper
It was fast and easy to use the website. The tickets came a lot faster than I thought they would. I did not like the handling fee though, $25 per ticket is too much. Why could there not be one handling fee per transaction? I bought 4 tickets and I know it did not cost a $100 to mail them to me!
I would feel better about this if the tickets contained my name. I was advised to purchase protection for these and did, so I hope that in an unfortunate event, I can use it to get a refund. Hopefully, that won't be necessary as I am looking forward to the event. The fees per ticket are high, it caused me to search for lower priced tickets. The ticket prices are high also, especially with the actual price listed on the ticket.
This website does not offer any refunds or exchanges. There are also no ticket protection plans such as through Ticketmaster. Also, face value of the ticket was 51 dollars a piece and I paid double not realizing it. There was also a ridiculously high service fee of $36 per ticket! I have never heard of anything like that before on top of ridiculously priced tickets! Will never use again and will tell all family and friends to never buy from here as well.
I didn't know or told ther was fee to do get the tickets. Is this normal. I don't know why we have to type so much to get a short point across.
Wish I could have seen where my seats would be located exactly. The service charge was steep. For my purchase at least, this site was a lower cost than StubHub.
Their phone line does not connect to an actual person. It just loops you around through different options.
They charged almost double the actual cost of the concert tickets. They don't issue refunds. I reported them to CBC Marketplace.
The ticket was easy to purchase but the service charge was steep. I hope in the future that the ticket could be mailed instead of downloaded.
The process was simple and efficient. Enabling Paypal made it even easier. Looking forward to the show. Thanks.
I found the site to be very quick & easy to use & they gave me 20$ off so I'm very very happy I would use this site again and refer my family & friends
We paid for seats in section A (Buell Theater, Denver). They delivered seats in section D! Whopping service fee. I will not use this service again.
Quick, Easy, Satisfied!
Will absolutely Be Purchasing Again!

I was not able to select an alternate method of delivery and was forced to pay the e-delivery/convenience fee. Ridiculous.
The seats are not the ones we bought. We bought 3 seats and to our surprise 2 of them are limited view. $630 wasted.
This is just another layer of fees on top of Ticketmaster fees. I fell for it and was totally duped. Delivery fee for sending a link to print tickets? Cost about $30 EXTRA per ticket using this site and got exactly nothing for that money. Go to Ticketmaster and pick your exact seat.
It was easy to order my tickets from this website. I have never used this website before, therefore I don't know how smoothly interactions will go between now and the date of our event.
I have never had an issue with timely delivery of tickets. Other sites often make you wait to receive your tickets up to within a couple of days prior to your event. That cuts it a little too close for comfort, in my opinion. Online City Tickets seems to be the most efficient and expeditious site I've used... and I go to lots of concerts and plays.
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
