The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

Way over the original price. Way over... I paid the He price because my wife and I love Bill Mahers work. He is very funny.
Super easy and quick to buy. Extremely overjoyed with this purchase. Will return for further purchases
Don't do it. Will not give a legit contact number. Will not answer emails. Sent me a email for $20 off the ticket purchase after they jacked up the price of the tickets by $30 calling them service charges. Then when I tried to contact them about the $20 coupon they tried to sell me some kind of monthly discount card. When I didn't buy they told me my ticket price had to be over $200 before fees to get the $20 off.
Thank you on the expensive side but worth it. I will take my daughter I saw Michael Jackson at the same age and I believe this experience will equal that for her..
I bought two tickets for $127 and then got a call two hours later that those were the incorrect prices. The said for the inconvenience they will refund my card and issue me a credit for $50. I went back and the same tickets were now priced for $304.49. They made a mistake and priced the tickets low and then realized their mistake and cancel my order and changed the prices online immediately.
I will be contacting the fair trading commission... on my receipt it said 100% buyer guarantee and their recording and communication said all tickets are final guaranteed and confirmed by seller. Even the music on their phone when i am out on hold is saying those same things word, for word.
Spoke to Ashorina the so called supervisor who said she apologize but cannot honor the tickets purchased. She said she cannot give me her supervisor or the person she reports to name.
The ticket pujrchase process was very smooth! I do not purchase tickets online very often so this was a good experience. I liked the option of insurance since we never know what could happen with family members. Looking forward to the concert.
I'VE ONLY JUST ORDERED THE TICKETS, WE'LL SEE HOW THE REST OF IT GOES, THE ORDERING PROCESS WAS A BREEZE
This was a great experience, had my tickets within minutes... Can't wait and see this show. Have never seen the Moody Blues before and this may have been my last chance to see this Great Band. Thank you
The site is very easy to use, and because of them, I got my best friend tickets to see her favs! Cant wait!
Super fast! I am excited to go to see Rod Stewart, it's a dream come true and Cyndi Lauper just makes it even better! Super excited!
Recieved tickets in about 25 hours. Appears we paid double the original price of tickets plus service fee which was outrageous. Wont use this service again.
I'm Not quite sure about the service as I haven't completed the transaction through the event. I will provide details in March
I guess it's my mistake for trying to buy tickets when I was in a hurry, trying to do multiple things at once. I stupidly didn't realize that this wasn't the Hult Center, but rather a ticket reseller. Their URL (in a the Google search) was deceptive: hult.centereugene.com. Again, I should have noticed it, but I didn't.
I was shocked at the high fees, but decided to accept it because my wife and I really wanted to see the show. The ticket fees were $20 a person, plus a $7.50 fee for the digital ticket.
As soon as I finished the order (and literally, I mean the moment I confirmed my payment information) I realized my mistake, but it was too late. The order was done. I immediately when to the real Hult center website, checked the ticket prices, and was blown away by how much cheaper they were. I essentially paid for a 3rd ticket because of their markup + fees.
My biggest concern now is that these tickets may not be legitimate. I guess I'll find out.
The order process was pretty easy. The only issue I have is that I was not able to see the actual seats I was buying, only the row & section. The tickets have the seat numbers, but I don't know how many seats are in the row. We need to have end seats, so hopefully we will. I contacted someone by email about it but haven't heard back (it's been several weeks).
Alwsys seem to have trouble with accessing my tickets due to password issues or email issues but after some frustrating time was able to setup a means to get my tickets. Wish if I bought the tickets from a particular website, they negotiated a way to actually get the tickets in their possesion and I just dealt with the broker I bought the tickets from, not a third party that just creates another step and hasstle for me to figure out how or what app. Or program I Have to use or download them to for my being able to use them or access them.
I requested handicap seats as my friend cannot do stairs. We were shown to our seats and when I stated the obvious, we were told it's only 11 steps! After much discussion, they sent for a floor supervisor. She took us to a new site for handicapped. We were shown to an area accessible by my friend's scooter. It was at the side and we could not see the stage at all! Another round of complaints and we were finally shown to an area for handicapped that we could actually see the stage.
Absolutely no problems at all.We go to see the match New York Islanders vs Calgary Flames in the Barclays Center! Yeah!
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
