The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

The sight was very easy to use. Very explanatory with ordering tickets. Email was sent promptly. I would definitely use this sight again for another event. Thank you
Instead of being charged for downloading, I thought I could have them mailed to the home as one reviewer had said. But it was never an option, how come?
Every time I have called, I have been very impressed with the helpfulness of the customer service representatives and this last one was no different! What a nice change from so many places where you get a hold of someone who just wants to get you off the phone! I have never felt rushed or made to act like I had too many questions! Thank you for fantastic customer service!
Well done I'm a little bit short of words these tickets mean the world to my son especially when he just lost his father on December 31st 2017 so I know that this event will make him more than happy thank you.
I almost bought tickets for the Monster Jam until i noticed with all the fees it was coming to 260.00. I went to Ticketmaster and got the same 4 tickets for a total of 120.00 i will never buy from these guys. You really need to look at the total before buying, it will not be the same as what you see before the total
Way overpriced, but they did arrive quick. The face value of the tickets is $229.50 each, so the two should have been about $591 with an $85 service fee and City of PHX sales tax, but they cost me $741. Crazy. But you're welcome, honey. Enjoy the show.
The process was easy and received my e tickets same day directly to my email. There is the added processing but most have the same fee. I will order through this site again in the future.
Ordered 2 tickets for the April 11,2018 Eagles concert in Charlotte, NC today and had them within the hour. However, the cost, which I thought was paying a regular price plus insurance, which the company recommended, was $385! The actual ticket cost, I learned after the transaction was just under $200! They marked them up $90 and then tacked on some sort of undisclosed service fees. I called my credit card provider but, of course, this is not really a fraud, as unethical as it is. I have e-mailed them about this - I could not find a phone number - but realistically do not expend a reply. This is the first time I have ever been ripped off so thoroughly for concert tickets but it will not happen again.
Same tickets $50 less each from PAC website. Then there is added service charge and Email delivery charge tacked onto that. My ignorance for not researching before purchasing. OCT is $150 richer for my folly. Never again!
And then I won"t receive Eticket for 5 weeks. Something very wrong here.
Have not received tickets. Still awaiting tickets via rmail. Still waiting on tickets via email. This requirement of at least 100 characters is NOT HELPFUL
My tickets indicate that they are issued to KIRK KREIS. I am assuming this is the character who bought up all the good seats so that we could not purchase them from the venue. While this is my assumption, I still am wary about the legitimacy of these tickets.
Would never use it again had to fill in info more then 3 times would not recognize Canada as a country
Easy ordering even for old grandmas who are not tech savvy! Will use again in the future! Thanks so much!
Next day found the same tickets, same row for $75 less per ticket. Very unhappy with your business practices.
Why did I have to pay more than face value for these tickets? Not sure if I will use this site again because of the added cost put on tickets.
I did not know that I was paying more then face value for my ticket. Why can I not just pay the face value plus service fees?! This is gouging the shopper. I thought I was just purchasing from the venue and paying their face value prices!
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
