The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

I just paid $179.00 for 2 tickets to a concert coming in April in South Florida. An hour later I received an email from ticketmast. I thought, for fun, i'd see what they had to offer. Same section, same row 2 tickets for $113.00
You can say i'm really angry. I got screwed out of $66.00. Do yourself a favor... go to ticketmaster before you buy anything from this website.
Ticket resellers are outrageously expensive and these guys are certainly no exception. But if you have to business with a reseller, my experience has shown them to be one of the best.
I bought the ticket today because I am a huge disney fan and I love to go to Disney on ice which a really good show with the disney charaters from different movies
Ticket price $80 bucks actually paid per ticket $168.18, for two for total of $336.36 my review never again!
I will never purchase tickets from here again. You have to buy tickets in equal quantities apparently. I have 5 people going to a show and I had to purchase 6 tickets for us to be able to sit next to each other because you cant buy an odd number of tickets. I called in to speak with a Rep and they told me Nope, theirs nothing they can do. The Rep actually talked over me so much and wouldn't let me speak that I requested to talk to someone else. I Was transferred to someone else and that new Rep decided to tell me to find someone else to bring with me to fill that extra seat... absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experience in my life. Reviews go a long way, everyone reads and remembers bad reviews. I can assure you I will never recommend this website to anyone I know.
The site was easy to use. Service charges were a bit much. Not sure that I would purchase again on this website.
It just took me four attempts to complete the order... I almost gave up... and then the eticket charge? 7. bucks! I spent almost as much in fees as I did for one ticket!
Easy, user-friendly way to purchase tickets. The tickets arrived via email within 30 minutes! Thank you!
Every team OK when I gonna have any problems If he looks like a professional company All the questions be really easy so I happy with the service
Easy to use but the surcharges are outrageous. Looking forward to seeing the show. Brit Floyd here we come!
Fast delivery on the tickets received them with in 2 hours of ordering, but here is the bad, the service charges was a bit to much, charged for each ticket, had no choice for kids tickets, but took them any way next time I will just drive to Greenville and pick up and save 40 dollars. Would not let me use pay pal account kept sending me back to order page had to use their account.
Easy to order, great seats! The website navigation and seat selection was a breeze. Looking forward to see the Book of Morman
The service charge was OUTRAGEOUS I did all the work and printed the tickets and was charged $659 for $500 worth of tickets. What service did I receive. NONE
While I received confirmation that you have received my order, I do not have any tickets so I am not really ready to say that the order has been filled. In addition, the message that I received says that I will receive the tickets the day before the event... this is too close for comfort!
It was easy to order tickets. Good seats... service charges are very high. Havent received tickets until 2/1.
I agree with another reviewer. Web site offered $20 discount but did not give it. Also service charges were extremely high.
Excellent service to obtain these email tickets on line within a fairly short period if time. Thank you for this sevice.
Haven't yet received tickets... but may not get them until 1/19. Service is extremely expensive... will try to buy by another method next time. Mark K.
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
