The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

I ordered on pre-sale day because the cool presale thing was GA SRO only and I wanted seats. Seats seem okay for the slightly higher-than-anticipated price, but I'm still skeptical. Look for my later review in October for how this turns out.
Had a great ticket location map, but the tickets I selected ended up being in a different section. Also the fees were high
I feel like I just got scammed, YES in the fine print it is stated that once you complete your order you can not under any circumstances cancel said order, I will be sure to read those fine prints more closely in the future. I just over paid for my tickets by upwards of $70 for worse seats then if I had realized that I was not at an original authentic site. I just googled the event I wanted to attend and this was the first page to come up, this was my first time purchasing online tickets and I will pay better attention in the future to be sure I am not purchasing through a 3rd party. I tried contacting the company 5 min after purchase when my we realized that it was a 3rd party website and that is when I learned that the fine print says NO CANCELING. Also the service fee is unreal, really I also get charged a fee to have my tickets emailed to me? Did it really require any effort on their end to hit send? Its probably automatically done any way.
As always, you trade convenience and certainty for overpriced tickets. Should have tried for a miracle but couldn't miss this show.
They buy google ads and are listed first when you search for an event. People click the link thinking it's official. They sell you the same tickets you could have bought directly from the event page but tack on absurdly high ticket fees.
Steer well clear of this scam. And shame on Google for facilitating it.
Seatings are confusing. Like idk if row 1 start at the bottom or the top cause the map says left to right. S hopefully I picked good seating :/
I got good seats for my event and it was fairly easy to use the site. I was surprised at how much the service fee was, which was close to $80 for two tickets. That seems very high. I will think twice before I purchase from this site again
So we purchased tockets that are 39 US dollars, but service fees and taxes led them to be 81 dollar per ticket. We noticed the total later but they would not even refund us the tickets or anything. Please dont purchase from their website
Got my tickets in less than 5 minutes also better seats and cheaper prices than the other sites. Ticket fees where very pricey if i had more time to shop would of because of the high fees. Dont know why they are so high but i got my tickets already in hand.
The service was easy to use but I would have liked to know beforehand that I was paying more than double the value of the tickets! Not so happy with that but the service was easy to use and I got my tickets fast.
I ordered tickets online, but it says it won't send me my tickets via email until 8/28/18.
Its January 22 2018 now.
So I suppose I will just have to put my faith in the email system... I will let you know in August!
Very easy to place my order. Fees were very high, if I wasn't in such a hurry to get tickets ordered, I would've kept looking/comparing.
Site works well but the fees are ridiculous. If i didn't already promise my fiance i would not have gone because of it.
I placed an order for 2 tickets and when I received the tickets the seats weren't together. Very sad as this was a Valentine's day gift for my 12 year old daughter and I.
Using the site was easy, that was good! The only issues I have is that the site only allows shoppers to see seating Sections but Not seating itself, that's bad because I'd like to know if I'm paying top dollar of my $ am I being seated in the lower, mid or top of a Section. Do the rows start from 1-20 top to bottom or bottom to top? The next issue was the hidden fees that got taxed on per ticket, so my $140 ticket price went to $220 final cost!
Excessive service fees for modest service. I would need to look elsewhere in the future. I am filling the rest of this space to produce 100 characters
If I have another option next time Ill use it... what a rip off. I mean the tickets can to 338 before service fees and 450 after. Mobilization makes life easier and saves money, yet we seem to be paying more as end users. This will be my sons first concert and so I pay the fee. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
