Holy Service Charges

I wanted to purchase an additional ticket after I bought 3. The service charge skyrocketed from ~$20/ticket to ~$80/ticket within 5 minutes... needless to say, I am walking to MSG at lunch to buy tickets directly through them because, there was also not an option for a non-electronic ticket... so i also have to pay for printing... Awesome!

Will use ticket master ever again. Much faster and easier to use. Never had a problem with this site and ticket master customer service really needs to be improved hanging up on your customers is a great way to lose business

Cost of tickets

I paid $280.00 for 3 $70.00 tickets. I just don't understand the fees. Thank you for taking time to explain the fees. I saw if I would of just ordered the tickets myself I would of just maybe paid a $7.50 handling charge. Seems like an unfair charge.

Caught in the moment

The customer service rep was good at his job, I'll give him that. I went on Nassau Colisuim web site to get the number to ask a question about surcharges at the Colisuim in person. Not paying attention that this was a retail buyer site (reason tickets were so high). So as I speak with C. S. I get caught in the moment that all the seats are gone and he found me good price seats as I go along with him & purchase the seats. Just to find out ticket master had more seats and for cheaper price in the same sections. I caught in the hype of not getting seats and spending more money. Can't get a refund and not happy about it at all. Job well done Kevin, but never again, sticking with ticket master.
