The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

My experience was great, it was fast and easy to use, I'd recommend this site to friends and family. I cannot wait to see my little girls face light up in pure joy! Thanks
Finding the tickets you want is super easy. The fees for electronic delivery, however, are ridiculous. They are $35+ PER TICKET and you aren't given another option to get your ticket. I actually would have bought MORE tickets, because there were a few people on the fence about coming and I'm sure I would have been able to find other people to come if they were unable to. But no, not with the excessive fees.
I spoke with Justin, and he was incredibly helpful in finding the best tickets as we are unfamiliar with your venue. He deserves praise for his professionalism, and friendly demeanor..
Should have just driven to the arena, no seat choice, just a vague section and row description, needed 3 seats so if there was a closer row with 4 seats available I was limited to buying only 2 or 4 seats. And $50 service fee, you have to be kidding, selling that many tickets you could build and run a new server for each event, and hire new staf to service them each time, total rip-off for what they offer, use a different service or just go to the arena...
Great. That comes with admission for sixflag.and I can't wait to go and it was fast to do the order... m...
Thank you for the fast delivery of my order, it was a pleasure ordering from your company... looking forward to the Def Leppard and Journey concert!
Ordering is smoothly, although on the screen they only show the section and not the seats.
However, 36 USD fee for EACH ticket and an additional 7 USD for electronic processing is outrageous and ridiculous. For downloads for crying out loud!
This is robbery!
Cost for email ticket delivery (the only option available) is very pricey. The purchase process was easy but the excessive added fees may keep me away next time.
Total fees not posted on initial purchase page. Only when I got to purchase confirmation. Sneaky to grab you once you've committed to the event.
Wow, way to scam people. You need to make it LOUD AND CLEAR that you're charging USD! I'll know better next time. Why would you charge USD for a concert being held in Canada, and being purchased for in Canada? Way to scam people!
The service was wonderful. Very helpful and went over and beyond to make me happy. Even going as faraa to change my order several times. As well as explain toe the different seat until I was happy
Easy and quick, but don't give me only one option for the type of ticket (electronic delivery) and then charge me a ridiculous amount extra for choosing the only option available. Tickets are already a hundred dollars each... Stupid.
The fees and charges nearly doubled the original price. I ordered 4 tickets for a concert at $69 a piece, and when i was ready to checkout, they added about $28 per ticket making my total go from $224 to $367. I wasn't very happy.
Ordering was quick & easy and I was able to download the tickets in minutes. I recommend purchasing insurance. You never know what might happen over the next year.
She did wanted to see them for a long.and today is my Bday. I look forward to used this website more: 3
I saw this website and opened it. I clicked on the second tab that listed two 2 tickets@ $47.00 each. This is what the cost of the upper level of Scotttrade Center for the Elton John concert at Scottrade. I quickly clicked on it, provided the information needed and completed the transaction. I received a confirmation showing my order totaled $129.63. This time, the ticket information said Section 1401 Locust St.; VENUE Row A. That is when I realized the order was for parking and not the concert. I feel this was very confusing and deceiving due to the price of the tickets. I called the customer service number (*******156). After calling several times to their automated system, I finally was connected to Marcus. I explained the situation to him and he said there was nothing that could be done. I asked for his supervisor and spoke to Melina D., who said that she could offer me a $15.00 credit towards a future purchase. I declined this and asked to speak with a Manager and she said she was, in charge that the Managers were for internal problems only. Then I asked her if I could re-sell the parking tickets on the site and she said it was only for licensed sellers. I know they said no refunds, but they should not deceive the public. I bought the tickets for my Husband for our 37th Anniversary in October. Oh well now I have to tell him what happened which I really dread.
Roxana C.
Easy to follow, pretty much fool proof. Prompted each step of the way. Wouldnt hesitate to use again.
I would like to see and choose the actual seat numbers instead of it being a mystery until paid for. Also, the fee for downloading is ridiculous.
I don't like that this site doesn't sell you exact seats, it seems shady, and I want a refund, but they do not refund.
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
