The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

The process and seat selection were easy but the fees for instant download tickets were almost 1/3 of the price of the tickets. The fees are ridiculous.
Easy and Quick. My agent was nice and speeded up my request as he knew I was short for time. Very professional and thorough. Thank you Rob.
I would like to see where my seats are and what the fees are up front. If I need 100 characters to post this review then I am posted nonsense. A review should be what I think is the amount of characters it need. I honest review is not forced to write a 100 character review. That is just trying to make it look better to whomever you are trying to impress. It does not impress me. I'm not sure I have 100 characters yet so...
We bought 3 tickets for the Met thinking we were on their site. No mention of additional fees that was noticeable. Our CC was charged an additional $200 for their fees! No refunds or cancel. Beware!
First time using this website so am hoping for the best. If the experience is good, I will improve the rating. If they turn out to be a scam I will reduce the rating. It will be up to them to deliver on their service.
Shows 207$ each. Buys 2 total charge 547$. Get a confirmation but got charged 694$. A real scam don't buy from this web site.
I have learned my lesson. Not only were the ticket prices double then two different fees were added, $7.50 for ticket delivery through Flash Seats and $85.40 for this site's fee! Next time I will order earlier and use a different method.
Its always nerve wracking to buy online. But it went through. Im bummed the e tickets wont be delivered until the day before the event though.
As an older woman, sometimes it is very confusing to shop online. This was very easy and quick. But so very expensive!
I feel like I got scammed. The site tells you that the prices might be over the ticket price by 400%? This is ridiculous. What are your options? You don't know the ticket prices until after you buy - assumed in good conscious that they were slightly over retail ticket price.
I bought tickets that dont even go on sale for 2 more days and I didnt realize it till after. How is this possible? Did I just spend close to $300 on fraudulent tickets?
Awesome! Didn't think I would find tickets 2 days before the concert! But it was quick and easy!
At first i gave this site 5 stars and the title to my review was fine. When i didnt have much opinion about the site and only typed a couple words in the review, it said that i needed to wite 100 characters. This annoyed me even more so i down graded my review and wasted this much time of my life typing this.
I just realized tickets for this concert go on saw tomorrow. Are my tickets legitimate? I am trying to reach out to someone via the chat but am not getting a response
The service fees are insane! I could have purchased another ticket for the price of the service fees. Stop being a greedy corporation.
Using the site is realatively easy. PayPal was also offered as a payment choice with is also a guarantee to your purchase. The only downfall is the really heavy fee's added to the purchase and then add on a download fee too. But I have my tickets and my wife is happy. Happy wife happy life.
Although the tickets were automatic and easy to get, the service fees were almost $35 a ticket plus they charged $7 to electronically send me the tickets to print myself. It would have been cheaper for me to drive to buffalo and buy them at the box office. Which is what I will do from now on.
I ordered two tickets and 1 minute later realized I ordered them for one day before I was able to attend. Your policy - no refunds no exchanges, etc. and I am to try to sell them myself - ridiculous and I will never use your website again. Shysters!
I was kind of ok with paying the $12.50 processing fee because I know thats how the company makes its profit. However, to charge another $7 and change for downloading the pdf and not even offer an option is unexcusable. Downloading the tickets shouldnt cost anything since this method should actually be saving money. How can we, the customers, be charged to download a pdf file with our tickets. I would agree if it was being Fedexed but to pay for getting an email with a pdf is just wrong.
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
