The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

I know that I am in HH, but no seat numbers. Why? Also, I'm I paying more for the tickets?...
Do NOT order tickets from here, they mark up the prices ridiculously high!
This was the first time I ordered tickets online so I didn't understand the process that I was being scammed from. Also, they have a NON-REFUND policy, so when I called back saying I want my $1,500 back. They told me they read me the policy so they can't.
I wish I would have read the reviews first and wasn't so naive.
I hope I help one poor soul like me!
DO NOT BUY!
Literally the title, you buy tickets, you get an email, you print them off. We'll see when I get to the location how easy it is to get into the arena but I feel trusting so far.
The shopping experience was great! It was easy to find the tickets I wanted and very easy checkout. I would go this route again.
I purchased the tickets through the company and when they were transferred i never received them. The company says i accepted them but never got them. I called an emailed over 7 times and they wouldn't refund or even help me get it figured out. They just kept referring me to Ticketmaster, when it wasn't there problem. CS was nice but nobody could resolve the issue. Very disappointing!
$20.00 order fee for each ticket that you order! The ticket comes in a email so it's all computer based nothing to do with anyone sending you tickets.
You buy a tickets for a family 4-5 and you spend 100 bucks in fees
Do you not see the problem with this?
I would understand more if I maybe got something sent in the mail but you dont
I liked that I could see the sections where tickets were available, exact row and seats, and the prices for each. Only complaint are the extremely high fees. Almost $100 for fees on two tickets is extreme.
Prefer to deal directly with venue but since the online ticket companies buy up so many of the seats in blocks that we have limited options in getting a seat that we desire vs. a seat SOMEWHERE in the seating section. SIGH. Such is life. One reason we rarely attend any performances when we cannot select our seat.
Found seats right near the stage for a really cheap price! I checked other on-line ticket sites and the prices were very expensive and there were no stage seats left at all. This ticket site was a real God send. Easy to use. Will recommend to my friends and family and use them again for any concert or venue I plan to attend in the future.
I have already seats 1&2 wanted what was closest to me so I picked seats 5&6. But I was sent seats 9&10.
Hope the others in that row will maybe adjust and move down so my kids can sit with me.
I SPECIFICALLY SAID TO THE MERCHANT I WANTED SEATS IN THE
100's OF THE FORUM SEATING, NOT THE '200'S' THERE IS A HUGE DIFFERENCE. TOLD HIM I WAS LOOKING AT FORUM SEATING MAP IN THE 'RED' SECTION ONLY. I COULDN'T BE MORE SPECIFIC ABOUT WHERE I WANTED TO SIT. HE SAID HE HAD SEATS IN '126' FOR $350 A PAIR. I SAID, 'TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE.' HE SAID DO I WANT THEM? I SAID, 'YES.' AND AFTER HE GOT MY PHONE NUMBER, ADDRESS, CREDIT CARD, AND ASKED ME TO CONFIRM HE TELLS ME 'AFTER HE CHARGES THE CARD' THAT THE SEATS ARE IN THE UPPER 200'S. I SAID, 'NO, THAT IS NOT WHAT I WANTED AND CANCEL THIS ORDER IMMEDIATELY!.' HE PUT ME TO MANAGER AND THEY WOULD NOT CANCEL MY ORDER. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO ALERT THEM OF THIS TRANSACTION AND THAT I AM NOT APPROVING IT NO MATTER WHAT THE MERCHANT CLAIMS. I DID NOT WANT THOSE SEATS AND NEVER ASKED FOR THEM AND WOULD NEVER SIT IN THEM. SO, THIS WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF BY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND THEY CAN GO SELL THEIR NOSE BLEED SEATS TO SOMEBODY ELSE WHO WANTS THEM. BEEN THERE, DONE THAT.
And everything was simple and easy to buy tickets appreciate it and Imma Stay Up on top of everything thank you
Very satisfied with my experience. Couldnt have been any easier or more convenient. Found what I was looking for very easily.
Fast way to order tickets, extra fees if ordering on line and getting an e-ticket. So, be prepared to send about $50 more.
So far so good, just trying to figure out how I get the tickets... not sure what the special delivery is all about...
My experience was using OnlineCity Tickets was quick and easy. I am just a tad leary of not receiving the tickets until very close to the the concert date. The concert is September 18th and I received an email stating I would I receive the tickets "via email on or before: 9/17/2018". To resolve this and to perhaps receive a better rating, you should have tickets to the consumer at least two weeks prior to concert/event dates.
I was kind of confused. In my total it showed me paying 42$ for insurance on my tickets. Tickets were 133$ a piece and my total came out to be 354$ and 20 minutes later I was charged for another 20.40$. Something just doesnt seem right.
I was not my nicest self and the gentleman who helped me was very nice and polite. I will not add more characters
Ordered tickets there was no guarantee where we would be sitting. I have a two year old grand daughter and I'm not able to do stairs due to several back surgeries. When looking at the concert hall in Riverside the same thing. No visual of where our seats would be. When one spends three hundreds dollars for a kids type of concert is a high price when you are not able to see where you are sitting. Very sad!
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
