The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

This agency, like all the others, charges outrageous fees for concert tickets. It really is disgraceful. Over $38 in fees per ticket? Really? They should be embarrassed and ashamed but when you're this much of a capitalist, you almost make Donald Trump look mild.
It's fast and simple. I don't know, I just don't really want to do 100 words. I like it and everything but I'm not really sure when my tickets are going to come
Absolute rip off! You don't see the service charge until it's too late. I bought three tickets and the total service charges involved ended up being $97! That's almost the full price of a 4th ticket!
I also bought "insurance" which was also a complete rip off. We had unexpected visitors come into town and therefore couldn't attend the show. No exchanges, no refunds no anything with the insurance. Unless you can produce a doctors note or car repair bill you are stuck with the tickets.
Stay away!
That instant download is sweet got the tickets ready to rumble... it was pretty darn easy to get ticket sent to my email and download them once the confirmation was sent
Overall good experience. Like to be able to download tickets and not have to wait on the mail. Wish prices were better!

I am satisfied with the easy experience of finding tickets at a good price for good seats to a sold out show :)
I hope should the tickets i purchase for this event coming on time means, not received on the last week of this event. Also what you need for so many information about yours clients, i believes not to share with another companies, I satisfy with your service.
Never buy from them again I go to sleep with ticket that I bough and wake up with no tickets because they cancel for not reason but they took my money for 5 days great thanks for nothing.
Easy to navigate, very reliable, it was easy to find the events that I was interested in purchasing tickets for. Also, it was easy to navigate and fill out my information in order to submit an order. Very reliable communication between the company and myself. I have no doubt that I will enjoy the show that I have ordered tickets for.
Not sure why my tickets are being overnight shipped to me 2 days before the concert. I bought them over two months in advance. Would have preferred to not pay so much in shipping, had they USPS them to me.
I found tickets, placed my order and received them in minutes! So easy and fast! I would definitely order from them again!
Hello, it was very easily to buy tickets for luis Miguel concert, Im upset because I havent received the seats number and I want to know when Im gone have them
Please send me the information back as soon as you can
Thanks
Please do not buy from this site. They are a scam. They have the ability to redirect from a legit web site to theirs. Before you know it, you purchased tickets at a greater cost than what you should have paid. Also, if they are a true ticket reseller, why isnt there a link on their website to sell a ticket to them? Online city tickets is one reason that buying concert tickets is such a hassle.
I bought tickets to a Supercross race. The map online only shows a football field. It would be nice to see the proposed track layout so we could know what our view will be from the seat we chose.
Avoid Onlinecitytickets.com at all costs!
Literally. DO NOT USE ONLINECITYTICKETS, COM!
This is a ticket reseller that you are led to by apparently valid concert venue web sites that are fake, but appear first when you search for tickets. Looking for Elton John tickets for the Bell Centre in Montreal? Rather than seeing the legitimate site (centrebell.ca) the first site that comes up is centre.bellmontreal.com, which leads you to onlinecitytickets.com. The legitimate site, when you later call them in vain to complain about being defrauded, will tell you of the hundreds of calls they receive due to this scam. Name your venue, the story is repeated (e.g. aircanadacentre.toronto.com)
And when you buy the tickets (these are usually real), you will find that you are paying four times the ticket price. You will find that surprise, you didnt read the terms and conditions fully! The prices are in US dollars, in case you thought you were buying in your own currency. And you will find subsequent charges to your credit card, now that they have it (what, you did not want travel insurance from us?). On the (only) bright side, your credit card company should credit these subsequent fraudulent charges, but you are on the hook for the original purchase.
If you wish to experience even more frustration, call their customer service. You will get nowhere, but will hear the phrase you agreed to our terms and conditions as many times as is humanly possible, regardless of what you said to them. And dont ask for their supervisor, you are talking to them. And their manager. They are the only person there, apparently.
But they do have a sense of humor: if you stay with them long enough, they will offer you a $50 credit towards your next purchase! Mind you, if you are dumb enough to take that offer, you were not smart enough to look at this review. As it is, I hope you have looked at this review BEFORE you bought. My sympathies if it is after the fact. Once bitten check reviews before you buy, next time.
I can hardly wait for the tickets to arrive. I think that it was fortunate that we could secure even if it was somewhat expensive. It delivers to the hotel where I am staying and I am worried about whether it can be reliably received.
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
