I bought two beds, I had problem with both, one was damage and the other one was so cheap and it didnt look like the one on the website, I send pictures that were so obvious and they say they could see the damage. They charge me restocking fee plus the shipping, I end up paying 150 dollars. After reading all the reviews its clearly that they have the worst customer service and there products are very bad quality. Dont buy anything there, you will be disappointed for sure!
I ordered 2 directors chairs that were pictured online in a bleached bamboo wood. The color of the chairs I received was a dark mahogany burgundy color, no where near what was on the website. Also, the chairs were wobbly, and were not even the same height as one of them was about two inches taller than the other and the wood was damaged. I contacted them in less than an hour after received my shipment, both on the phone and emails. I sent pictures of everything and they wrote me back saying they would refund 5% for the damage and that the chair color was what was on the website. Hilarious, it's as if they said black and white were the same color. I had no plans to purchase or own defective merchandise for any price, including free! They have refused to take back the chairs, which were only about $225. I have spent thousands of dollars on merchandise at One Kings Lane over the years, never ever again. With customer service like that, why even have customer service at all. Buyers beware!

I ordered two Bevin chairs. 4,174 dollars. Not cheap. Took ten weeks to get them. They arrived with rust on the legs. I also ordered them the day before a cyber Monday sale and they promised me a 380 dollar price adjustment. They only refunded me 250. I have emailed several times and I'm just now receiving the rest of the price adjustment. So 10 week wait on the chairs, a very inconvenient process to get a price adjustment AND THEY SHOW UP WITH RUST ALL OVER THEM! Also no one on the phone seemed apologetic until I got angry. All I've been told is they'll send some new ones out at some point! I will never do business with you people again.

I ordered artwork from One King's Lane back in November. It arrived the wrong size - I have since spent HOURS on the phone with them trying to correct the issue. Now, three months later, I am still waiting for the replacement which I am told may still be the wrong size; they can't confirm either way. Absolutely ridiculous. They never return calls and rarely respond to email. When they do respond at all, it's with inaccurate information. I will never order from this company again and recommend others stay away.

I ordered a sofa on Nov 28. I was told it would be delivered between Jan 5-11. On Jan 10 I called to find out where it was. They told me the ship date was changed to Jan11-17. Hello? Could someone have at least sent me an email? Then they told me they would call me right back. They never did. I called back the next day to find out a shipping date. They said the vendor hadnt gotten back to them yet and they would get back to me. They never did. Called again on Jan 17 and they said the vendor said it was shipping next week and they would get back to me on exact shipping date but that now it would take approximately another 3 weeks to get once it shipped! Another day and still no answer. NEVER BUY FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!

I bought a $72 runner for my hallway, it was a different shade than appeared on the website so I had to return. Talk about a nightmare! The return label had to come from FedEx so had to wait a week to get it, then they charged me $15 to return it and $15 to restock. So basically It cost $30 to return a $72 rug. Lesson learned.

I ordered a Nest jasper necklace. For some reason the necklace measures 14 inches. This was marked on the site but I did not realize exactly how small that is. There are no pictures showing it on a person or saying it is a choker. It is so small it is too tight even for a choker! It could fit a child! I do not have an unusually large neck. I looked online to see how to do a return and the website says they charge re-stocking fees! 35%! Who does that?! I emailed customer service on their site, it said I would receive a response within 48 hours -that was seven days ago and still haven't heard from them, called today had trouble getting through kept getting hung up on, then "Mario" said he would see what he could do and call me back, he never did. Then I got an email saying if I wanted store credit I could get my money back but if the original form of payment was credited I would lose 35% restocking fee and pay return shipping. Did I mention they charged me $16.95 to ship the necklace? They do not include return labels in the order so you have to request a shipping label -another delay of days. I included a note saying I definitely wanted a gift card/store credit so I would get all my money back. They refused to honor that and refunded my credit card deducting the restocking fee, against my expressed wishes. For a $163.29 necklace I only was refunded $123.84. I asked them to honor my request, they said no too bad. They have been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. I will never order from them again! BEWARE!

After speaking to the correct individual at One Kings Lane, they gave myself credit on sconces and were very apologetic about misunderstanding. I have to commend Brittany on her follow up. Thank you One Kings Lane and look forward to purchasing again in the near future.

DO NOT ORDER FURNITURE FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a sofa in April with a 20% coupon and it was delivered to me damaged (back of the sofa was completely torn up) in July. After several emails and calls, my replacement sofa was delivered at the end of August... except the replacement sofa was not even close to the original sofa I purchased! After weeks of emails and calls I was told I could get 10% off a new sofa... a total slap in the face considering what I have been through over 7 months and is less of a discount than they offer to any of their customers! They sent me a smaller, cheaper sofa and to date have not returned any of my money. On average it takes customer service an entire week to respond to an email and you get no where with them over the phone since they all have to speak to their supervisor. This has been the most frustrating and horrific experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.

I fell in love with many of their things but two "antique" items were found $200-300 less on Charish. I guess the seller has their merchandise on more one site. Also found unique vase I love on EBay- for pennies on the dollar from what looks to be like some Asian wholesaler.

BUYER BEWARE: Do not order from here! I received the wrong bed I ordered (after waiting the typical amount of time-1 month). I called to get a new one shipped and after going through 3 customer service representatives who all gave me different information, I'm still waiting to hear back if they even offer the bed that is listed on the website (it may "misrepresented"). Its now been ONE MONTH since I called about the wrong order being received and I don't have any update to know if they even offer the bed. They were unwilling to work with me or make their mistake right. Customer service is not a priority. I'm so disappointed because their furniture looks quality and I planned to outfit my entire house. Do yourself a favor and save the headache, buy from AllModern or Wayfair.

One Kings Lane has beautiful products. I ordered a chandelier that was not quite the right style for me, and their customer service department worked with me to allow me to easily return it. In the past, I have purchased many unique and stylish things from OKL including a rug and lighting.

Absolutely do NOT do business with this company. Long story short, I ordered a piece of furniture and a usable piece (although still damaged) was finally delivered 6 MONTHS LATER. I've spent about 15 hours on the phone, sent about 30 emails, have heard my order is cancelled, delayed, literally misplaced after a reorder because their "system was down". No one bothered to give me an update on anything. Furniture arrived damaged, was returned, was not reordered by OKL, I called to find our why my chaise had again lapsed its delivery date, more ridiculous back and forth and literally too much to even write here. I've NEVER had a business interaction this poor, especially considering the price point. Unbelievable.

OKL has attempted to charge my credit card 5x since May for phantom transactions, each time MORE THAN $4,000. OKL is unauthorized to charge my credit card and should not even have access to it. The paper trail on their excuses is endless. I've scrubbed I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and lawyers are now involved. Terrible company since the acquisition.

Lack of due diligence or fire sale price? BB&B bought One Kings Lane while on a downward spiral. Loyal customers who knew better bailed because 2nd party Vendors misrepresent value, condition and age of items. I shared this issue with customer service a number of times as a collector of vintage collectibles more than 40 years. The integrity of OKL as a viable shopping site has been compromised due to lack of dedicated oversight. Towards the end of my active tenure, dissatisfaction escalated.
On a positive note, end result result is more discretionary $$ in my pocket along with frustration.
Purchased multiple items on 6/2/2017. First package arrived, second package arrived but shorted one item. Spoke with two different customer reps who said they would reorder but instead received an e-mailing telling me to look harder for the item and basically were telling me I lied, still not resolved, very disappointing.
Ordered a painting on 4/15/17. Received a completely different one. Contacted them three times via phone and twice via email. They finally answered me but never refunded full amount for receiving the wrong one. I am still waiting for full refund. It was their screw up. Customer service keeps saying they will take care of it. Ever since Bed, Bath and & Beyond purchased them they are beyond terrible. I have since stopped buying from them and shopping with other online retailers who really want my business and will ship me the correct item and respond in a timely manner.
Ordered an expensive custom ottoman. Waited the 8 wk lead time and received an email stating item shipped. Waited a week and contacted shipper (only delivery option was $249. 'White glove'). Shipper said OKL didn't submit correct paperwork. Long story a bit shorter- took another 5 weeks to receive a damaged item. Have contacted OKL via email 5 times about what to do with damaged item. Still no response. In total, all the problems I had with this order ( they initially overcharged my cc) I have had to contact the company 30 times via phone and email. I think they must be going under- no company could survive with their incredibly poor customer service.
I bought an (expensive) piece of made-to-order furniture and waited the 8+ week lead time. When it was finally delivered, they brought the complete wrong piece (wrong fabric, wrong style, etc). I refused the delivery, as the delivery people told me to do, and called OKL to figure out what happened. The man working on my case told me he'd be in touch but never followed up so I had to keep calling to find out what happened. They said the vendor claimed they sent the right piece. It has been an absolute nightmare.
I also want to note that when I was considering this piece of furniture I called them twice to ask a few questions about the fabric and style and the people I spoke to clearly had NO knowledge of fabric/style/etc. I had to explain what an English Arm (for a sofa) was to one of them.
ALSO, I recently saw that they were trying to sell a coffee table that I bought from Pier 1 for $100 (7 years ago) as a "vintage" piece for $850.
