After weeks of waiting for my order, my postman finally arrives with a piece of paper that they are not releasing the shoes because this company put on a fake mailing label and did not pay for shipping and now expect me to pay when the shipping was free and they are refusing to refund my money!

I ordered $70 worth of items from omegawalks site. When I got the delivery email stating my items had been delivered, I checked outside my apartment complex and they were nowhere to be found. I even checked other buildings as well. When I contacted customer service I got an email back from Susan who is apparently the head of customer service who stated if I paid $13 more dollars foe shipping and handling they would resend my order. No, I'm not paying more money when I already paid shipping and handling for the first order I never recieved. Ever since my response, I have not been contacted further. My advice, if you live in the U.S and in an apartment complex, don't order from this site unless you want to get ripped off.

My Mom bought 2 pair of these shoes at once. 1 pair came defective. I swear they must make the shoes once you place your order. They forgot to add the logo to the tongue, they are thin as hell and very cheaply made. The 5 star reviews have to be fake because there's no way someone found these shoes worthy of 5 stars. I normally always try and give a company a 2nd chance and almost never leave bad reviews but in this case, it was necessary. My mom reached out to them by email to get a refund because the shoes weren't made properly and there was stuff missing and they told her she'd have to pay to ship them back to China and a refund wasn't guaranteed or they'd give her 30% back if she didn't want to ship them and if they did decide to refund her they'd take 15% for restocking. It was basically pointless and she took it as a loss because shipping would be outrageous. I have attached pics for proof.

No real return policy. Was offered to pay extra $20 so they send me different pair or to mail the shoes back to China myself and get partial refund...so basically had no option but to donate the shoes. Will never order from them again.

If you must buy footwear online, which is always a gamble, steer clear of Omega Walk, a Chinese company. The shoes I ordered looked good in a photo, but once received, which took weeks despite paying for expedited shipping, were cheesy and offered zero support. Basically expensive moccasins. Not as advertised.

Upon trying to return the same day, they emailed that they could only offer 30% refund and to keep the shoes.

I got these shoes specifically for work because I stand for long hours a day and my feet and back hurt so much. I got them and my feet hurt so much, way more than my other shoes. Maybe a new insole? They are really cute but that's about it. Don't buy unless you want your feet to hurt alot.

I ordered 2 pair of their size 9 women's sneakers three weeks before my vacation. They never arrived so I was forced to buy from a shoe store in my area, when I arrived home two weeks later the package had just been delivered the day before (It took 5 or 6 weeks). When I tried them on they were both too small, I emailed Omega Walk and asked for a return label. They kept giving me the run around and never gave me a way to return them. Apparently the 30 day money back guarantee is all smoke and mirrors. The only way to get my money back was to report this fraud company to my bank, which is what I did. I'll NEVER buy from this company again and I told all my friends and family to stay clear of this company as well. Omega Walk does not honor their so called policies, they are scammers.

My mom and I bought two pairs of tennis shoes from this company and when we got them, we tried to put them on, but couldn't even fit our feet into the shoes. The size was extremely off and they were super tight, so we ended up reaching out to see if we could exchange them. They refused to exchange them and said we can get a 30% refund (roughly $20 out of the $74.90 we spent on them) back and keep the shoes even though we can't wear them, or spend $100+ to ship them back to China and they MIGHT REFUND 85% OF THE SHOE COSTS and NONE OF THE SHIPPING. Basically a lose, lose situation all around, and that really sucks. Their return policies are AWFUL, so if you are thinking about buying from them, expect to lose money and probably not even get wearable shoes out of it.

I ordered 5 pairs of shoes at about 175$ and 3 months later have not recieved any of them. Muliple emails every few days with apologies but no actual action. How can i get my shoes or a refund. I will never order from them again which is too bad because the shoes look good… very dissapointed and mad for being ripped off

I order the confortado anti-skid orthopedic shoes in US size 9 and 10. The size is not correct. Also, the quality of the shoe is terrible is equivalent to purchasing the $2 Old Navy flipflop.
Their returned policy is challenging, done with the intention of not refunding your money. The picture of the product is their size US 10 next to a US size 9 of a brand shoe for reference.
