No kind of cushion inside. Felt like I was walking barefoot.

Took forever to arrive and when did come are very flimsy and offer no support and back folds down when you try to walk in them bought to wear after foot surgery didnt arrive until week after surgery and then offered no support

Delivery seemed to take a long time. The shoes were not at all what I expected for the price.

Was worry when I found out shoes were coming from out the country but arrived in about 2 1/2 weeks and they have NOT disappointed! If you have foot, ankle, heel, leg, knee, lower back pain it's is definitely worth a try to relieve your pain. I will definitely purchase shoes again!

I like light and soft, comfortable shoes. This shoe is a hard when you step.

I should have known this was too good to be true. I'm on my feet all day and have pain at the end of the day with extra insoles. Not enough arch support or shock absorption. My previous shoes lasted a year before my feet started hurting at the end of the day.
Cute shoes, though. They would be fine for everyday wear.

I was sent the wrong size for one pair. The quality is so bad. I will be returning them, which is something I never do.

I am not a fan of the shoes, I don't believe they're sized properly, I've work the 10 with socks and 2 sets of insoles and my foot still moves and there isn't enough cushion. I'm not a fan of the shoes.There's barely any support and the tongue moves far too much.

I was told I would receive my purchase in a week or so. Its been several weeks before I received my order.

Also, the shoes I got have a odor inside them and I wonder how to get rid of it. I placed them in the fresh air for hours to see if it would help. It did not they still have the odor. Do you have an solutions on how to get rid of the odor. Thank You

Very high quality, comfortable, stylish shoe. Can not beat the price!

These shoes were not the right fit for me, they had harder soles than I handle but because I wore them several days and waited awhile they were not returnable. Customer service however was great and offered me a decent discount to make up for them not being what I needed for an orthopedic shoe.

I Purchased these for myself last year and just purchased another pair for my Mother for her Birthday today. She loves them.

My feet have really been bothering me but these shoes I wore for an hour and instantly felt my plantar fasciitis ease up.

Unsatisfied. Also the shoes do not fit. It says refundable when you purchase. Then when you get them, you say restocking fee

Back of shoes dig into my ankles and made me bleed after a couple mins of wearing them. Made out of cheap materials. For 50$ I expected better.

I received my shoes in just under 2 weeks which I was very happy with. They are cute and I do like them I just wish they had a bit more cushion and support then they do.

It did take awhile to ship because they are located in China but it was worth the wait!

The Ortho Expert I received was the wrong size, I ordered a size 10, and I got a size 8.
How do I exchange these?
