They reached out to me to make sure I received my order even before it came.

One pair is too big and one pair is too small. They are only a half size difference between them. 8 1/2 and a 9

I searched great arch support shoes on the internet and omega walk came up. Granted they did not mention arch support on their website that I remember but I did try them because I'm sick of spending $150 on a pair of subpar shoes. These shoes did not work for me because they do not have any arch support at all but I will say I have the shoes to a friend of mine that does not have high arches and she loves them.

Quick and easy. Took a while to get here. Look good and hoping for the best.

There should be a better way to be sure of the shoe size difference, but there is an explanation on the size Is situation

THE ORDER PROCESS WENT FINE. I ORDERED 2 PAIR OF WALKING SHOES AND RECEIVED SKATEBOARD SHOES. CHEAPLY MADE AND UNCOMFORTABLE. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Long delivery as it actually is shipped from China. Item runs small. Don't even want to try and deal with a return since it's not a USA location.

The shopping experience is amazing but receiving the product is disappointing. The shoes are coming apart and the size is not exactly correct, they are very short, size is not good.

I appreciate the detail descriptions of each shoe, as I am looking for shoes that fit my foot issues.

Took about 2 1/2 weeks to get here. Seems to be good quality shoes so far, I haven't got to wear them much. I did try them on and they seem nice.
